Service was poor. Asked for items that were never delivered. Servers Brian and Brian were lacking any customer care. Will never return and will tell others about my poor service.

TBones never disappoints! One of my favorite Las Vegas restaurants. The atmosphere is cool and sexy. The service is second to none. I have never had a bad meal or experience. Highly recommend

Great food and service. Haven’t been here in a while, but definitely glad we tried it out. Would love to try their happy hour. Only one little complaint, we had a reservation at 6:30 pm but didn’t get our table until 6:45 pm. Other than that, great experience!

First time dining at Tbones. I have to say that I was disappointed. I wanted to empress my business clients with a quality steakhouse experience. Made advance reservations for inside dining with a party of 6. Arrived a few minutes early with all guests. Hostess advised that it would be a few moments as they were preparing our table. Restaurant appeared to be moderately busy but not too much from our view at the entrance waiting area. 30 mins after our scheduled time, I asked how much longer? I was told they didn't know as they were trying to locate space for my group. Hopefully, it won't be much longer. 15 mins after, I was offered outdoor seating. It was the only accommodation they could service, or we could continue to wait. I accepted for the sake of time. We were attending a concert after dinner. We were seated outdoors. Nice dining area, other than it was very cold at approx 50 degrees. Requested heating lamps, which they provided 2, One of the lamps kept going out and wouldn't stay lit. At this point, we just wanted to enjoy a meal and try not to focus on how cold it was while monitoring our limited time. We ordered and advised about our time urgency. 40 mins had passed, and I asked for the manager to explain why it was taking soo long. At this time, we were almost 2 hrs past our reservations. Out of frustration and the concert timing, two of my clients left the dinner. Shortly after that, the food arrived. Unfortunately , It was already a lost cause! The concert had started. The remainder of our group stayed to finish as we didn't want to take leftovers. I expressed my disappointment with management! I'm not sure I would recommend or attend this restaurant again. Maybe it was just an off night!!..VERY SAD!!! I hope others have better experiences.

The food and service were excellent. We ordered a delicious chateaubriand, but the problem was that when the waiter cut it for us at the table, he had a hard time because the knife wasn't sharp enough to make thin cuts and the meat fell apart a little. They apologized and offered us a dessert on the house... we will definitely be back!

I went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and they made him feel very special. The service was great. I had the Australian Wagyu and my boyfriend had the Buttermilk Chicken. The Buttermilk Chicken was delicious!! I will definitely go back!
