Sushi Blue offers an eclectic, contemporary atmosphere with an inventive range of cuisines. Enjoy a relaxing group meal at our traditional tatami tables, or grab a seat at our beautiful sushi bar complete with flat screens. Offering the best sushi in Park City, with an unbeatable location.

As with every one of our Bill White restaurants (Grappa, Chimayo, Wahso, Windy Ridge, Ghidotti’s, Billy Blanco's), Sushi Blue is, first and foremost, eye candy. In the main dining room, there is elevated tatami seating for the adventurous, along with regular tables in the main dining area. To the rear of the restaurant is a lounge/bar area and sushi bar.

The eclectic, pan-Asian menu runs the gamut from sushi and sashimi to Korean street tacos, Thai beef salad, bánh mi sandwiches, American burgers. If you’re eating sushi, be sure to ask about our nightly specials!

Our patio seating is handled on a first come first serve basis.

    We’ve been to Sushi Blue many times over the years. We brought our son and her girlfriend for dinner and we had a nice booth table and sat comfortably. The restaurant was very full so food took a while to arrive but it was very good when it did. We had the Flyn Hawaii roll, Salmon L Jackson roll, caterpillar roll, as well as yellow tail, salmon and amberjack nigiri. All delicious!

    I eat vegan for health reasons. After 7 years since a very serious cancer diagnosis, my oncologist just pronounced me cancer free. We were excited to celebrate at my favorite sushi restaurant.i have loved sushi blue because they have always had the best vegan sushi options in all of this valley. When we looked at the menu, there were no more vegan options. I asked the server if the chef would make some of the rolls on the old menu. He told me it would make him mad to ask. So I asked if they would just come up w a couple rolls that were vegan and not spicy. After waiting an hour, they brought me 2 rolls covered in fish. I sat and waited another 15 min for the vegan rolls. Meanwhile the rest of our table was finished eating as we were trying to get to a movie. The rolls they finally brought me were covered in hot sauce. We had been at the restaurant for nearly an hour and a half and were late to the movie. They never made it right and still charged us full price. The bill for 4 was $250 (w no alcohol). Sushi Blue, who used to be my favorite, was sure a disappointment.

    We love the food at sushi blue and it’s always a delight to go there We sat in the bar and it can get a bit tight/noisy but it was a Friday night at the end of a holiday week so it was to be expected The sushi / ramen /bahn mi are all exceptional

    Our first time there. It was high season and they were slammed so I would give it another chance but the food was just okay, they were out of ramen (not good for non-sushi eaters), and the service was slow. It took 20 minutes before anyone greeted our table. Nothing remarkable but again I would give them another chance at a slower time.

    Despite reservation for five, we were squeezed into a four top. Waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks and had to beg for a second round. Food was solid but long wait - seated for over an hour before our entrees arrived. Service made us (as guests) feel like an imposition. Miss the days of Hapa Grill and Stan’s leadership. This place has gone south.

    Food was excellent. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and helpful. Because the restaurant was crowded, we waited a long time for the food to come out from the kitchen.

    Use to be spectacular, one of our favorites restaurants in Park City, but maybe it was a change of Chef or manager. The food taste changes radically. Shame.
