First time at this restaurant. Everything was perfect, except for the noise level on the inside of the restaurant. It was difficult at our table of four to hear one another talk. The food was superb, the service was excellent, and the restaurant itself was quite attractive. We were entertaining out of town guests who really enjoyed the experience.

Eating at Sugarbeet is always a special event for us. The food is creative and delicious.There is very little staff turnover which says a lot for the management of this restaurant, and they always accommodate special requests.

Making reservations on line was easy! Our table request was met. Service was very good, the food was very tasty! A little more bread would have been nice. Drinks were fabulous! We will definitely go back to the Sugarbeet!

Sugarbeet is one of our favorite restaurants in Longmont. The food is always outstanding and the service is top notch. My wife is a lifelong vegetarian and I have celiacs - it's often hard for us to find restaurants that we can go to together for fine dining. Sugarbeet is our go to be absolutely spoiled by great service, excellent food, and knowledgable staff that knows how to pair wine with any of the dishes. I highly recommend it as a great night with fabulous food and service

My husband loved the Bistro Steak and I found the Sea Bass incredible. We also swooned over the beet salad. And of course the chocolate truffle dessert is divine. We fantasized we imagined we were eating at The Bear on TV! And always, the staff were superb!

We enjoyed a completely excellent dinner at Sugarbeet. Dale, our server, gave us perfect recommendations and was attentive but not pushy. We especially loved the potato croquettes as a starter. I had the roasted pappardelle with pesto, buffalo mozzarella, tomato confit, and added duck confit. Sublime. My husband had the Greek panzanella salad and sizzling shrimp. He loved both. We didn’t have room for dessert which was a shame because the chocolate truffle cake looked amazing. Sugarbeet is off the beaten track so you need to make a reservation and find it for yourself.
