La Sugar Factory American Brasserie est un espace de 836 m² offrant des classiques culinaires américains sucrés et salés dans le MB Financial Park Entertainment District de Rosemont. Le Sugar Factory doit son succès à un concept célèbre de menus de nourriture et de boissons proposant des classiques parfaitement exécutés, tels que des œufs Bénédictine, des hamburgers aux pains plats fait maison, sans oublier des savoureux steaks et des pâtes. We had a nice experience overall. But the service wasn’t the best. When we arrived, we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. When we said outside, they were surprised and made a show out of being inconvenienced. After being told we’d have to wait, we said indoors would be fine. I understand if you need to close the section, but then don’t offer. There was confusion over which server was overseeing our table. We had two different servers try to take it. 3/4 of the way through our meal, our server went on break, and we ended up back with the original server. The food was good, but overpriced. While the milkshakes were large and glamorous, the entrees was actually pretty basic. It was good, but didn’t match what we’d seen advertised. Food portions were normal sized. For the price, you could have a 5 star meal somewhere else. Fun for a one time special occasion, but not somewhere I’d go regularly. PS there is no problem with their air conditioning. 90+ degrees out, but it was COLD inside.

Spent my daughter 17th birthday here food was very good. Service was very good can be pricey so I only go there for special occasions. They do add 20% gratuity already on your bill overall it was a good experience.

Food was actually pretty good, expensive, but you pay for the experience . We went for a birthday and was a little disappointed as we had been to the one in Chicago and it was much more lively and did more to celebrate a birthday at that location. Our server didn’t seem too interested in being there. But overall was not bad - would probably do the Chicago location instead next time

Great place for dessert. Food was ok. I would definitely go back for the desserts. Did not have a drink but would like to try that next time as well.

Automatic 20% service fee, you’d expect the service to be good. Waited twenty minutes to order, when the place was dead. Had to ask three times for water. If I’m paying $200+ for a family dinner for four, I expect the servers to actually care. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

This place is one of my favorites!! I love the vibe, food and so on. I love going to the sugar factory. Alex at the bar is amazing, the managers are amazing and the staff is extremely friendly!! Our server was amazing also.

This is a fun enjoyable restaurant with so much to choose from on the menu. Kids loved it!

The energy is always great! The prices for the candy shop are way too expensive. The food prices are ok depending on what you order. The sliders are always my favorite. The dress code should be a little more strict. Lots of people had on regular street clothes ripped jeans, hoodies. Most of the time when I go there people are a lot more dressed up. The back drops for pictures are always fun but this time when I asked a worker to take our picture with my phone she used her camera instead so they can charge us, which is fine, just wasn’t planning on buying one anyway. Overall I do like this restaurant. I would love to go again to Sugar factory but maybe in another location just because I’ve been to the one in rosemont multiple times.
