Great experience! Make sure any guys are your server… the girl with the long hair and glasses is so rude.

We had reservations for 8:45. We get there at 8:45 and all of the tables are filled with people eating. Also, there’s about 7 groups waiting outside for their tables as well who also had reservations. I asked the host how long it would be and she very rudely said “I just don’t know”. There were people waiting there for their reservations at 8:15. So we wound up booking a table elsewhere down the street at 9:30 and got into the other restaurant quicker.

Like many others - the wait time was ridiculous. We had a 7:15 PM reservation and they did not seat us until well after 815. They did not manage expectations. Just left people standing outside on the sidewalk. I think they should stop taking reservations and just do walk-ins and manage it. That way the food was fine but not amazing. The staff was nice once we did get seated. They gave us a free giant meatball, which was delicious. The lobster with vodka sauce was just OK… The sauce was not very gourmet and tasted pretty bland actually. The bread was good.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Portion size generous and not skimpy with the sauce! Our go to when we’re in the North End.

Gianni makes the meal and incredible experience! He treats our family like his family. Other restaurants have good food but no one else has Gianni

Sat basically in bathrooms with other tables open. Food was average. Service was rushed. Have had great dining experiences before. Was embarrassed to bring people tonight.

We waited 35 minutes past our reservation time outside in the rain. The hostess was very rude and seemed like we were inconveniencing her by just checking into our reservation. The food was good, but the service was just okay. It took at least 15 minutes to get water filled and there was a $10 splitting fee because one person ordered an appetizer as their main instead of an entree.

The veal chop was excellent but the half lobster with seafood and pasta had zero lobster just an empty shell. Wine was very expensive for the North End which is probably why all the other restaurants were packed and Strega was not. A one and done for us.

Made a reservation for 845. Hostess said reservation was invalid as she wasn’t taking reservations anymore even tho I showed her my confirmation on open table. Food was fair. Disappointed on quality for north end little Italy but seems it’s a restaurant group and almost same Menu as restaurant down the street Nico we had cocktails and apps at waiting for our table. Felt like we were at a chain restaurant with quality of food.
