Le STK - Los Angeles allie avec talent deux concepts, à savoir un steakhouse moderne et un lounge chic. Le grand salon central est aménagé avec des banquettes en cuir crème et du carrelage imitation crocodile. Il est entouré d'une salle à manger surélevée, adaptée aux repas plus formels. L'éclairage théâtral illumine chaque table et des miroirs fumés vous permettront d'apercevoir le reste du cadre pendant que le DJ crée une ambiance énergique dans l'ensemble de l’établissement. Le STK Los Angeles est situé au cœur du quartier de Westwood, au sein du W Hotel Los Angeles- West Beverly Hills. Les steaks font bien sûr partie intégrante de la carte. Le STK propose plusieurs coupes de viande (petites, moyennes et grandes), des produits cultivés naturellement et des plats de résistance à base de poisson frais du marché. The late night aspect of STK is as a place to be seen. The deejay cranking tunes and the sound level was a bit off-putting, but the endless parade of very attractive ladies in tight-fitting garb made for a great sideshow. But the proof is in the menu, not the diners. The Surf and Turf option of a 6 oz. filet paired with a lobster tail was great, but the price of $88 was not what someone could call a bargain. Cocktails were also a bit steep at $22 per selection and sides at $20 each also seemed to be a bit on the high side. The selection of wines was very good by the bottle and there were a few options for wines by the glass that were reasonable. On the service end, the staff was attentive and meals were served in a timely fashion. I never felt rushed to hurry the meal. The blue cheese butter home style bread served with the meal is amazing.

I planned a dine around at STK for a conference I was producing and the team there was incredibly accommodating to me in the pre planning and our guests onsite!

Place is beautiful and the staff are excellent. My son’s filet was a little tough. They just graciously credited it. LA and all the vibe is a little expensive lol. Just gotta get used to that. It is worth the trip. The NY strip and ribeye were much better done. Just fyi.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at SLK Steakhouse and wanted to share my experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a nice meal. However, what really stood out during our visit was our server, Brooke. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive and genuinely friendly. She took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations for our meal. What impressed me the most was how she went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. After our meal, we needed to pack up our leftovers quickly, and Brooke handled it seamlessly. She was efficient and made sure everything was organized for us, which was greatly appreciated as we were on a bit of a time crunch. Overall, SLK Steakhouse provided a delightful dining experience, and Brooke’s exceptional service truly made it memorable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great steak and outstanding service.
