We chose to have appetizers with drinks and it was just a very great experience, truffle fries, lemongrass dumplings, Waygu burgers… dessert was crème brûlée… I would say it was pretty perfect. Great service nice atmosphere. It’s my second time there and both times have just been excellent..

Food was great. Menu is smaller but enough to choose from. Drinks were well made. Good price. My only complaint was sitting near the door was cold every time someone came in or out.

We visited on a Sunday night before a show and it was quiet. The food and service are always exceptional. We have been there several times and it is usually busy and lively.

The menu is not extensive but it contains an excellent variety, including many unusual items. The arancini were very good, the lobster-stuffed shrimp were excellent, as were the chicken-bacon-ranch sliders and wedge salad. We love being able to order and share several small plates and hand-helds and were so pleasantly full after consuming them that we never got to try any of the large plates, which also looked enticing. The donut dessert was fabulous. Service was excellent, and noise level quite low (though maybe because the restaurant was only half-full).

Stella Blu was our first date 5 years ago, and we came back for our anniversary! It was just as delicious as we remember it, and our serve was so nice!

We always enjoy everything from Tapas to Entrees. Never disappointed. Tonight’s Margarita special was amazing. Stella Blu is definitely our favorite in Nashua.

Large oysters w great sauce. Crispy Brussels had a nice maple Dijon glaze. Cocktails were excellent. We enjoyed the gin & juice and the Slow Burn which had the perfect amount of after kick heat.
