It was good . Some of the food was a little too salty for me . Also for the brunch , my friends and I wanted well done for the meat but all they served was rare . Was told dinner had more options . Anyways overall was good . Service was great

Crab cakes, truffle fries, ribeye, bread pudding - all amazing. It was a cold night but we were toasty with the outdoor heaters. Live music by Tom Yankton set a fun vibe.

Been to Steiner Ranch steakhouse several times, never had an issue. We went in for our eight year anniversary. The host wished us a happy anniversary and the night started off good. We waited approximately 40 minutes for bread. We actually received our appetizers prior to receiving the bread. They sat us in a smaller dining room where there was a party of about 10 women. The women were extremely loud as they were drunk. I’m off for celebrating a birthday however, this is a fine dining experience and y’all are literally yelling at each other in each other’s faces The server was more focused on the big party table, than any of her other tables in that area. It took 45 minutes for our food to come out. His steak was not cooked properly as it was almost rare, and his side was incorrect. He accepted the steak, even though it wasn’t cooked properly because we were already ready to go at this point due to the loud nature in this small dining room. The server took our plates of half eaten food. Two box up, sat them on a stand close to the door next to the large party. One of the two little kids that were in that large party touched my boyfriend‘s food that was sitting on the stand because the server left it sitting there for over 15 minutes, waiting to be boxed. They gave us a complementary bread pudding for our anniversary and the manager did come over and ask how everything was. I let her know that it was OK. I mentioned that his food was messed up and we waited a long time for the food I also mentionedI didn’t feel that it was appropriate for them to sit us next to a large party being that we were there celebrating our anniversary so we were looking for a romantic dinner. She asked if there was anything that she could get us, but did not offer to comp anything on the ticket, she said to let her know the next time we come in and they’ll do something special for us. Very disappointed in my experience and this definitely ruined our eight year anniversary dinner

My boyfriend and I went for a celebration for us, we chose Steiner Ranch. The food was AMAZING. Best steak around Austin. Everything had. Fantastic taste and service was great. Would recommend and will be going back

Been to Steiner ranch many times but have to say this one was well below their typical service performance. Had my family in from out of town and had reserved table on the patio so they could see sunset. Ended up waiting for over 30 minutes and past sunset before we were given the opportunity to take a seat in the bar area or wait until a table on the patio became available. Decided to eat in the bar where we received lackluster service from our waiter who spent more time chatting with other customers than making sure we were served. After long waits we received our orders. Appetizers, steaks and sides were excellent, just a long time coming. Not sure will come back after this experience as too much competition for high end steak places that provide excellent service.
