Bienvenue au Steak & Lobster Bloomsbury : le menu est déjà indiqué dans le nom. Le restaurant a fait le choix de peaufiner son menu. Avec moins de plats, il peut désormais se consacrer à parfaire ce qu'il fait de mieux : l'entrecôte de 300 g vieillie à sec et le homard frais entier servi en demi-coque. Le restaurant est convivial, ludique, moderne et élégant. Le chic sans les fioritures. Venez voir par vous-même ! Il n'y a qu'une seule règle : ne pas demander le plat du jour (il n'y en a pas). Whether for a lunch, pre-theatre dining experience or dinner with family and friends, Steak & Lobster's set menu is the perfect way to experience the best our restaurant has to offer. Discover the finest quality steaks and most delicious lobster, a range of bites and salads, while all main courses are served with a choice of paprika fries or spicy lemon salad. A three-course set menu is also available at £35. Please note a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. All prices are inclusive of VAT. This menu will be reduced to reservations of less than 9 people.

We are offering groups a 2 course Set Menu at £38 per guest. Perfect for birthdays, celebrations and corporate dinners. The £25 deposit will be deducted from your final bill or refunded to your card if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations are accepted up until 24 hours. Reservations are accepted 72 hours prior to your booking time otherwise it may be cancelled. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Lovely atmosphere and the wait staff were very friendly. The steak was cooked to perfection and it was a great time out with the family.

waiters seem ill-trained. management seemed amenable. ordered a medium steak and it came VERY well done. ruined an otherwise perfect meal. would be nice if the kitchen could de-shell the lobster for you but i suppose for the price point this can be overlooked

Poor quality food, mediocre service at best and overpriced. My steak was as tough as anything, the lobster was rather unremarkable, the beef tacos might as well have been tuna mayo on crackers and was as bland as anything. Service was slow and the wait staff were rather inattentive and given there was only us and one other table of diners in there is disappointing. The best part of my meal was the wine and the chips which is somewhat beside the point in a lace like this and even then the chips weren’t anything special. Certainly won’t be coming again.

As a table of 8 meant that we were probably the noisiest table. Service was good, food orders were 100% correct. I had croquettes which were ok, followed by steak and lobster. The steak was cooked perfectly, the lobster was a little on the lean size so I only got 2 or 3 mouthfuls of meat from it. The wine was delicious. We didn’t have dessert so can’t comment.

I have booked this restaurant several months ago for after dinner theatre in Tottenham Court Road. I was rather disappointed with the service from the staff who had difficulty understanding what I was saying. I’m not sure whether they have limited understanding me as I am soft spoken or just not bothered about making their customers feel comfortable. I have ordered surf and turf and I have asked for medium rare. The £44 steak and lobster came rather quick but the steak was fatty and chewy. As I came with gift vouchers; the bills came in with really hefty amounts. This is certainly not value for money and in the future I was certainly not coming here again. Really disappointed and would not recommend to anyone who would like lobster and steak for dinner.
