    Food was delicious, plentiful and served hot! Nice evening meal before setting off on holiday.

    We were a table of seven, work colleagues, table was tucked away and not much space around us to move. Two of us arrived first and ordered drinks, all fine, the next four arrived and the final person around 20 mins later and we had already ordered our main meals by this point. He then ordered his and a drink and we sat and waited. It must have been a good 20 mins, the last person ordering got his first, another 10 mins, three people got their food, another 5 mins and the final plates landed. Unacceptable to bring out meals staggered like this, should all be at once and it was very disruptive like this. Food was ok, no-one was particularly blown away by their meals, one guest had the lobster, after all the plates were cleared another 5-7 mins passed and he was brought a bowl of water to rinse his hands. Also, because we were so squeezed into the space, the waitress couldn't move around the table and had to keep asking people to move their seats so she could reach the plates, glasses etc. Again, not professional at all. Overpriced for what you get, would not visit again. Very disappointed and it was a Monday evening so not overly busy. We stayed no longer than an hour and a half.

    Had a really nice time, me and my partner came for dinner for my birthday. Service was great, all staff members we interacted with were professional, kind and welcoming. Food was good! Steak cooked well (medium), chips and lemon salad was great. But we wasn’t a fan of the heritage salad. Lychee martini was fabulous. Only point I would like to say is that we booked for 8pm and there was young children running around. I understand it’s a part of a hotel & I also have young children that I left at home. But the staff should maybe sit large groups/children in an area away from intimate diners.

    Set menu, not as advertised online. No steak as advertised. 2 starters, 2 mains 2 deserts only. Steak phili sub (Steak, more grissle and not a lot of that ) desserts awful. Not recommended at all. Then sat us next to kitchen doors. Poor poor poor.

If you refer to our current menu on our hotel website, you’ll see that we’ve updated our offerings. We’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the Philly steak roll and desserts, as we strive to provide a great dining experience. As for seating arrangements, we always try to ensure all our guests are comfortable.     I can’t tell you enough how amazing it is to eat at this restaurant inside the hotel (we like to stay for a night when we are child free every few months) we would highly recommend!

    Very difficult to book, as kept saying no times available. Then booked through trusted open table and no problem. Lots of staff, very few customers, had Surf and turf, for 2, 1 drink each and a coffee, £165.00 but a long way short of the price tag. Food came out so quick, there was no way the steak rested. As such, was still bleeding. Not good for medium well. Server did not come back to ask how our food was. Lobster was stone cold. Plus considering the price tag, the main pincer was missing off one half of the lobster. Been here before on many occasions, this one was not memorable.

    I’ve been a regular at Steak & Lobster ( Heathrow) for quite some time, but my recent visit left me disappointed. Unfortunately, it seems the standard has slipped. The chairs were visibly stained, which gave the dining area an unkempt feeling, and didn’t reflect the usual attention to detail I’ve come to expect. The food, once a highlight of the experience, was also subpar. I ordered a medium/well-done steak, but it came out rare to medium at best, which wasn’t what I requested. The lobster, which I’ve enjoyed in the past, was lackluster this time—barely any meat to be found, and it didn't have the rich, satisfying flavor I remembered. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but it’s clear that something’s changed. I hope this is just a temporary setback, but for now, I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon.

    Second time eating here. Steaks are just SUPERB and the fries very tasty too. Not the cheapest but worth the money in my opinion.
