Sat by the open fire for drinks before and after our meal. Super table and we weren’t rushed to leave after we had finished. When some restaurants say they grill a steak, what they mean is they put it in a frying pan under a grill… Not here! Proper grilled with a lovely charred crust, perfectly pink interior with delicious sides and sauce. Luckily that day I was with friends who could go inside to ask. The object was so that I can be independent and use the restaurant with others who need the ramp. Why wasn’t a permanent slope/ramp put in when alterations were in the planning stages. No outdoor drinking area would have been lost.
