Stanley’s Bar and Grill at the Titanic Hotel is the place you want to be! A place you want to meet with friends and family, a place for business or just to relax.
At the risk of sounding a little over the top, Stanley’s Bar and Grill is like a theatre of food where you have been given front row seats and a chance to meet the stars beforehand. Open kitchens allow you to watch a team who just love preparing your food, however this is not pretentious dining In Stanley’s bar and Grill service is about a smile, whether family dining at the big table or time out on the terrace with a table for one you get to choose. Enjoy a sumptuous Afternoon Tea in Stanley’s Bar and Grill, overlooking the waters of Stanley Dock. Afternoon Tea includes a selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with fresh clotted cream and mouth-watering sweet treats and cakes. Served a selection of Quinteassential Speciality Teas or Johnsons Coffee. Traditional, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free Afternoon Teas are available. When making the booking it is essential that you let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary requirements. **Afternoon Tea bookings need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. £10 per person deposit is required to confirm your booking. A member of the team will call you to arrange payment.**

Service was slow & quality of food was not great. Vegetables very al dente & roast potatoes were hard. The red cabbage had a funny liquorice taste too it but that could be down to personal preference. Could not fault the meat though - beautifully cooked & tasted great. No real ambiance in the restaurant. Music playing very quietly in the background but so low could hardly hear it.

I think it’s terrible that you are now expected to pay for car parking and when I asked for some tap water for the table I was told ‘we don’t do tap water any more.’ It felt like we were being squeezed for every penny which really tainted the experience. I’ve been here fore afternoon tea many times but unfortunately this will be the last.

Food was lovely and for the first time I was able to have a lovely gluten free desert. I ordered Sea bass from the gluten free menu and it was perfectly cooked, crispy and tasty. The chef did a great job and the staffs were very attentive and amazing.

Staff disappeared after bringing the food. For a whole hour and a half not a single member of the team either approached the table or looked in our direction. Had to stand up and go and ask for more drinks. Couldn't get them to bring the bill to the table so walked to the exit to pay.... waitress didn't even look at to us, just printed out the bill and handed it to us silently.

Amazing! Afternoon tea was lovely and got a special surprise for my mum’s birthday. The staff were so attentive and kind. Had a lovely time

The service was excellent and there were some choices on the menu items which were a bit more unusual which was good. Good for a special occasion as the setting is interesting. We were very impressed with our waiter Stephen.

Our service was great. All of the menu items were explained and we did not feel rushed. Partner was very happy with her afternoon tea as we celebrated her birthday. Staff went above and beyond and provided a celebration platter free of charge. True act of kindness and consideration.
