Stables Ranch Grille at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Stables Ranch Grille is named for its historical significance of being the famed Otero ranch an actual stable back in the day. Our rustic dining rooms reveal the original Spanish cobblestone floor and massive hand-hewn beams. Enjoy American Southwestern cuisine featuring appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pasta, fresh seafood, steaks, chops, and southwestern specialties. Friendly service, fine-casual cuisine, and a comfortable atmosphere combine for a rustic yet upscale dining experience with incredible views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Two dining rooms, two patios, and a large bar provide several areas to dine or relax with a tasty beverage.
You won't want to miss our famous bar complete with saddles for barstools.

Beautiful clean dining area with a spectacular view of the Santa Rita mountains, great prompt service and a very good shaved prime rib sandwich with a side of fruit, plus the best creme brule maybe ever! We've been before and will return many times after.

ambience was a little loud due to some celebration out back with booming bass sound in the main dining area.

Beautiful atmosphere and setting. Food is mediocre and geared for the non-adventurous elderly crowd my chopped salad with chicken was bland and toppings were stingy. Fish tacos were better. Never was offered a refill on my small glass of iced tea. Overall it was ok and what you expect for a small tourist town with limited competition.

Excellent service. They are there to make your experience noteworthy. When my plate came the vegetable and potatoes were much cooler than should be. Waitress took it back and made everything perfect. My bacon wrapped filet (rare) was perfection, the broccoli and potatoes were so delicious and lots of exceptional au jus. I highly recommend the cheese cake for dessert. I have been to Tubac and the Stables restaurant many times. You can't go wrong.

The Stables Ranch Grille is one of my favorite restaurants to visit when I'm traveling through southern Arizona! The food is always on point and the service is stellar - thank you to Gabriel and Seamus for the great service.

The dining room, was just the right size for the crowd. The menu was appropriate. The food was scrumptious! And the view from the picture windows was spectacular!

Our first time having breakfast at Stables although we have eaten lunch and dinner there. Nice selection on the menu, prompt service and the food was very good. We will return in the future.
