    Dinner was a mixed bag. We had an excellent, experienced server, then there were other servers who seemed inexperienced and kind of confused about what they needed to do. Mediterranean chopped was good Enough for two to share. Husband’s entre was very good (pork loin) and my duck with pasta was very good and quite generous. Wine (Pinot) was very good. No dessert.

    We really enjoyed the cocktails and range of options on the menu. The apps and portions were perfect and the plating was also creative and appealing.

    We dined fairly early and were alone in the venue for most of our meal. The service was lovely, the food inconsistent. The salad was delightful, the tuna app acceptable, but the main course was heavy, dense and a strange preparation of Halibut (cooked to dryness) wrapped in overdone prociutto and served atop fennel so tough it couldn’t be cut with a knife. We appreciated the service and the moody decor,— but some of the food selections need an upgrade!

    We had a fabulous time and our waiter was very attentive. We didn’t have to ask for a thing, he brought us what we needed before we asked which is a sign of a good waiter.

    Our server was great but the manager seemed frustrated with our party. They also said one of our meals was "missing" and then the manager seemed to get upset with one of the staff in the middle of the restaurant regarding the missing meal. We had to ask him if it could be replaced, which I feel like he should have suggested. It was all very inappropriate.

    Apologies, Kristin if that is how you felt. At no point though was I frustrated with your party, we made a mistake and I was trying to fix.My staff dropped the food off at an incorrect table and we had another dish out for you within 10 minutes or so, without having been asked to do so by your party, as you stated. When a mistake is made we figure out what happened to make sure that we avoid that issue again.At no point was a staff member engaged with an "upset manager" in the middle of the floor, and to throw accusations around online without any evidence is inappropriate.I apologize that we missed the mark on our order of operations that night with your table and now that we have had a discussion with our staff about running food properly, we hope to avoid issues like this in the future.

    The food was delicious and creative. While several of us opted for the hamburger, the quality of the was excellent. The wines paired nicely with the crab croquettes too. The truffle fries were so good, we ordered more of them.
