    The steak Frites was very fatty and the food was serviced room temp. Even sent the cod dish back to be reheated and it still came out lukewarm.

    Waited 20 minutes after being seated in an almost empty restaurant for drink orders to be taken. Had to ask for appetizer plates. Ordered a filet, was brought steak (strip) and frites. Out of the first 5 local beers we tried to order.

    Food was good but when we arrived for reservations we were ignored. Overall ambiance is okay but does not match the price point.

    We walked in expecting a higher end whiskey/spitit crafted cocktail restaurant. Not at all! Terrible service. The hostess was rude and not helpful. The waiter was the bartender as well. He had no understanding of the whiskeys and didn’t even know if they were in stock. The cocktails we below par. Pass on this place.

    One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The entrees were fantastic. But the service essentially ruined a birthday celebration. The two bartenders/ servers were more interested in hanging out and bantering between each other, then focusing on us. After making our drinks, they sample them and made a clear disgusted face. If you knew your drinks were that bad why would you continue to serve them to us. And they were, in fact, that bad. Our appetizer came out with the entrees and was ice cold and unappetizing. No one came to check on us to see if we needed anything. In fact, we finally got tired of waiting and I took our empty plates to the bar to ask for the check. I indicated that we had planned on getting dessert as well, but considering the quality of service we just wanted the check. We were offered no apology, but a simple “OK”. I went back to my seat and was then summoned to come back to the bar to pick up the check. It was not even brought to our table. We were looking forward to coming here and it was such a disappointment due to the service and treatment.

It's clear we didn't meet your expectations, especially on such a special occasion. We pride ourselves on our food and service, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. This review has been shared with the team and we have collectively discussed how we will prevent this from ever happening again. We hope for an opportunity to make it up to you in the future.

    This was such a wonderful experience. Loved the environment. Even better, the food was absolutely amazing. Chef Levi truly knows what he’s doing. Everything that we had was absolutely amazing. I even ate things that I usually never eat & I loved it. The staff is also super cool. I’m definitely coming back here again for another night of fun. 🤩
