   We went for a lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Quite enjoyable. Service was outstanding. I always find it a bit noisy, so ask if you can avoid the middle of the restaurant. A booth along the side is nice. If going in the summer or fall, the patio is an amazing place to sit.

   Firstly We were greeted with smiling happy hostesses upon arrival which was a pleasant improvement from our previous visit to Spencer’s. Frank our server was outstanding, he remembered us and was so friendly and helpful. At the chef’s suggestion we enjoyed the delicious branzino, oysters and steak tartare. Always an energetic and sparkling atmosphere. 10/10

   Don't miss this restaurant while in the GTA. Food was outstanding, service even better. Seating gives a great view of the lake.

   Spencer’s never disappoints. I had wedge which is so great and short rib that melted in your mouth. Love the cherry with it. The tartness of the cherry compliments the short rib so well. The service was really good. Will definitely be back.

   Location is wonderful, food was good enough, service was phenomenal, all staff was attentive and patience (we have a 3 old). Price was fair, and definitely lower than what you would pay downtown in a place not as good. Thanks

   Frank, the Bartender, was our server and he was top notch! Friendly, always checking in, another wonderful experience at Spencer's. Started with Topside Happy Hour Appies (Mon - Fri 3 to 5 pm) Chardonnay Butter Mussels (Vine tomato sauce) and Cheese Plate which is actually blue cheese, apple slices and apricot spread on Brioche toast. Yummy and portions were good for sharing. Dark and Stormy cocktail 3 - 5 pm for $9 was a steal, and virgin mocktail by Frank was a nice touch. Dinner Entree, New Zealand Venison with Celery root pavé, caramelized red beet, cranberry mostarda is a Chef Matteo specialty ... Wow! Excellent presentation and delish. We love Spencer's for the food and the team. Everyone we encounter including the Managers are so kind ... and we feel like we're part of the family!

    I just had the most amazing birthday celebration at Spencer at Waterfront, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented, making it hard to choose a favorite! It was a delight for both the taste buds and the eyes. A special shoutout to the manager, who truly is a charmer! She made us feel right at home and ensured everything was running smoothly, which really added to our experience. Our server was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. My kids, husband, and our guests all had a wonderful time, laughing and enjoying every moment. It’s safe to say that Spencer at Waterfront made my birthday unforgettable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a fantastic meal.
