We had a wonderful time at Spencer’s on Saturday celebrating my sister in laws birthday. Our server was unbelievable as you would never know just how busy he was as the timing of our drinks, appetizers and entrees were perfectly punctual. He offered suggestions and was so nice to chat with! The food came out hot and very flavourful. The short ribs and French fries were delicious!! We will definitely be back!

Service was outstanding, although no particular explanation of the different dishes we chose other than the comments: “ wow that is really good”. Our server and his assistants were attentive to the needs/wants. Now re the food: my spaghetti with seafood was really good, my husband’s fries (with the burger) were soggy and tasteless. The steak for my grandson: the menu mentions that it comes with potatoes - in his case that translated to ONE mini potato cut in half. I’ll leave it to the marketing people to decide whether to take the mention of potato out and have people choose a side or serve something more substantial. Malbec wine was nice as was the Italian beer. The entrees (soup, salad) were ok, except the oysters which were outstanding.

Beautiful waterfront location with a spectacular view. The interior design has a warm, intimate vibe and the open kitchen & wood burning oven have been well thought out. Food was amazing! Without a doubt the best falafel (appetizer) I have ever had & my steak was done to perfection. Highly recommend the SmokeShow cocktail!! Our server was excellent! Terrific demeanor & exceptional timing. Highly recommend!

Spencers is a great location. The food is good quality and definitely on the pricier side. Our server was excellent. The downside was that we had made reservations for their all you can eat brunch. We drove over an hour only to learn that they no longer do the all you can eat brunch, and haven’t since COVID. They unfortunately have not updated this on Opentable and so you still have the option to book even though it is no longer available.
