Service was very friendly but also very slow. We were seated at 7pm and our food didn’t arrive until 8pm. Entrees were good but the side asparagus was so bland it was a chore to eat.

We found that there was excessive waits and limited contact with our server. I don’t believe the level of service matched the prices that were charged. We also did not know that a Sunday reservation at 4:00 would have such limited menu options

Overall, it was a good experience. We had a long wait for a table because they don’t have enough tables on the patio that are shaded. Service was good, food was good.

We love eating at Spencer’s, the location, food and service is always great. We enjoyed a delicious brunch, the bacon and eggs Benedict were excellent and the strawberry waffle split between us for dessert was perfect.

My wife and I had a terrible experience here. It started at the host station where after a very cold greeting we were told we’d have to wait for our table despite having a reservation. We had to ask 2 different hostesses if we could wait at the bar, and when we finally did get there the 4 bartenders proceeded to serve others around us multiple times without even acknowledging our presence. The staff were very rude and disorganized, but especially the bar staff. We finally were seated at our table and we feeling so disappointed by our treatment at the bar that we asked to speak with the manager. He did not show up very quickly and we decided at that point it was best to just leave. He tried to speak with us at the front door, but alas only offered a weak apology and his business card and no solution to how poorly we were treated. The ending is happy as we ended up at a much better establishment with outstanding food, so I guess thank you Spencer’s for giving us such an awful experience as it led us to somewhere far superior. Please avoid this restaurant - it’s not worth it!

Nice view. Very little choice on the menu. Lots of noise from the kitchen. Cooks were yelling.

Amazing food - great service and amazing view - can’t ask for a better date night - we drove from london and we will come back… thanks for a wonderful evening …
