The building of speisemeisterei is a cultural monument since 1928 and was renovated with love to the historical design from the federal state Baden Württemberg. Since then our restaurant offers different options for individual events for up to 99 people. Stefan Gschwendtner is manages the kitchen since 2016. Since 2022 it´s awarded with 2 michelin-stars. The speisemeisterei offers a mulit-course menu from 6:30pm in his rooms and on the terrace in the summer. With proordering a vegetarian menu is available as well. The serviceteam with restaurant manager Sara Lembke and her locum Julia Wörishofer welcomes you on the spot and accompanies the guests through the evening. Our sommelière Johanna Renz pampers you with her selcted wine or nonalcoholic pairing or your chosen bottle of wine from the menu.

The most special dinner experience one could possibly have. Ambience, the food, the wine pairing, the excellent service. We had an unforgettable evening and will be back.

Für ein ein Sterne Restaurant waren die Preise außerordentlich hoch. Ein derartiges Preisgefüge kenne ich nur aus drei Sterne Restaurants. Die Servicemitarbeiter haben sich zwar sehr viel Mühe gegeben, aber bewegt sich ebenfalls nicht auf dem Level eines Sterne Restaurants. Für ein Menü 260 € zu verlangen und bei Änderung einer Position noch mal 40-70 € zu verlangen, solche Handhabung kenne ich aus anderen Sterne Restaurants in dieser Form nicht. Die Gerichte waren gut, allerdings äußerst kleine Portionen.

Es war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Geschmacksexplosionen auf höchstem Niveau. Super Service, schönes Ambiente. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen.

Everything was perfect down to the most minute details. Extremely thoughtful service, as well as a beautiful dining room. The food was exquisite and quite filling as well. If you have the means, this restaurant is well worth it. Beautiful execution. Bravo.

Am Samstag besuchte ich die Speisenmeisterei in Stuttgart und war begeistert. Das stilvolle Ambiente, der tadellose Service und die exquisiten Gerichte machten den Abend unvergesslich. Das Degustationsmenü bot eine Vielfalt an Aromen, die perfekt abgestimmt waren. Jede Speise war ein Kunstwerk, begleitet von erlesenen Weinen. Ein absolutes Muss für jeden Gourmet-Liebhaber in Stuttgart! Liebe Grüße, M. Fuchs

Ein wunderschönes Ambiente, sehr feines und hervorragendes Menue das die Geschmacksknospen bei jedem Gang neu verwöhnt. Das Personal ist bestens geschult und sehr aufmerksam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

The food is really fantastic and the wine pairing is perfect. There is even a very well through non-alcoholic pairing that is amazing !
