Le Sparks Steak House a été ouvert en 1966 par Michael et Pasquale Cetta, d'où le logo «Cetta Brothers Steak Masters». Le restaurant est toujours une entreprise familiale, située dans le centre de Manhattan, à cinq minutes à pied de la gare Grand Central et des Nations Unies. I ordered shrimp cocktail, sirloin, hashbrowns, and vanilla ice cream. Shrimp cocktail was unbelievable. The sirloin was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. Every course of my meal was great. My wife ordered baked clams and the filet. She is not a big steak eater and said the filet tasted a little gamey. She tends to like her steak a little to done for my preference. I love the history of Sparks and that is why we gave it a try. So glad we did. But the price of $431.00 after tip was a bit steep for two people to eat.

Always a wonderful experience. This was a business dinner, and I love sparks for that because the tables are spaced widely apart, and the noise level allows quiet conversation. My guests had fish, and I had a sirloin steak the food, the ambience, and the service could not be better. I’ve been here many times over the years and will always be coming back.

The steaks are great, and they have a massive wine list! It's a great place to have a business dinner, when trying to impress clients.

Sparks steakhouse is known to be one of NYC’s best steakhouse consistently for years. It is not a restaurant that you can eat in every night. The portions are big and delicious with an atmosphere of a quality restaurant that has a great staff. You get more than you pay for here.

Was expecting a lore extended menu for a NY steakhouse. More meats. Jumbo shrimp weren’t amazing.

This is the best steak house in New York. The meat is fabulous and the staff is really kind and patient. Also the place is authentic with its interior that takes you back in time. I really enjoyed my time there and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

First time there. Was looking forward to going. Sirloin was ordered medium. Had to be sent back twice bc under cooked. One person in our group had to wait to eat when we were all basicaly done. Then steak was just ok. Will not be back.
