De notre incroyable lasagne à 15 étages, à notre spaghetti et boulettes de viande, à notre chili à la bière, à notre fettuccini alfredo, à notre poulet parmigiana ou même à nos pâtes aux crevettes épicées. Avec toutes nos entrés, nous servons du pain au levain chaud accompagné de notre beurre à l'ail en plus de votre choix entre notre salade jardinière à volonté ou notre soupe savoureuse.

    My two granddaughters and I had a very good experience at spaghetti warehouse. We were on our way to see the Nutcracker and we wanted to try the spaghetti warehouse. Food was delicious. Everything was a OK. Towards the end of the evening though it did get pretty loud. But the open ceilings I can understand there would be a lot of noise. But we had a wonderful time.

    The food was good. I was looking forward to sharing the sights of the colorful Columbus Commons with my family during dinner. I made reservations far in advance for our Christmas celebration. We were seated in the “trolley” area where the view is limited.

    We had a reservation for 2 and were looking forward to a nice relaxing dinner before a concert. We were seated in a booth with other booths across from us. It was too cramped so asked for a table. The hostess was pleasant about it and seated us at a table. Food was very good. The staff seemed hurried and were pleasant but not extremely cheerful as I would expect around the holidays. . Food came out quickly but we felt rushed, as if they were in a hurry to get you in and out. We will go back again and be sure we specify where we prefer to sit.

    I understand that it’s the holiday season, but the speed with which our order was brought out made us feel like they wanted us out of there FAST. Drinks were slow, but our appetizer came out within five minutes, followed by salads just barely a minute later, and then our entrees before even a dent had been made in the first two deliveries. It was not at all a relaxing, enjoyable meal. The quality of the food felt mass produced, and didn’t live up to the menu descriptions. The view overlooking Columbus Commons was beautiful, though.

    They didn’t have the reservation, but it showed on my phone. Looks to be a location at the end of it’s life.

    We had 1:30 reservations and were seated 20 minutes after our reservation. No big deal except we were ready to order when we sat down but no one was interested in taking our order. Dropped on our table with barely a word. 10 minutes later came back for drink order. 3 waters and a root beer, we're ready to order. "I have another table ahead of you. I'll be right back with your drinks." Finally brings our drinks. I order a cocktail. My friend orders a beer. Brings those drinks and dribbles it across the table, not even bothering to clean it up. When we finally get our food at 2:30 we ask for the checks because we have 3:00 theatre tickets. This guy didn't smile once, apologize for the delay or ask us how our food was. All this time he made absolutely no effort to hurry at all. The show was starting by the time we got to our seats. Food was good but not worth the poor service coupled with a bare minimum effort.

    We had reservations but waited an extremely long time, 1/2 hour or longer to get a table. With 3 little ones, this was difficult. After we were seated, a server took our drink order and didn't return for at least 45 minutes with bread but no drinks. Hard to keep the hungry littles occupied. We eventually got our drinks. We requested that he get out the kids food ASAP as it was easier menu items (buttered spaghetti), he took their order and left without taking our order at the same time. Overall the service was horrible. Our lunch took over 2 1/2 hours. I always loved the ambience of the Old Spaghetti Warehouse. It was the main reason for going downtown to eat there. It was special. The food itself is not an attraction. Can get better Italian food anywhere. Sadly, I don't think I will ever go back.
