Sopra, un bistro américain, ouvert au printemps 2008, sert une délicieuse cuisine italo-américaine, avec une influence mondiale, dans un environnement dynamique où vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Situé sur la rue principale, au cœur du centre-ville, Sopra Bistro allie l'atmosphère décontractée du lac Geneva avec celle de Lincoln Park à Chicago. The entrees took a very very long time to come out. The waitress didn’t come over to check on us and communicate the delay in the kitchen. The food was good but not outstanding. We were hoping to be comp’d in some way for the long wait on the meal but we’re not.

amazing experience. food and service was top notch! If you go ask for Lisa! Hands down she is the best server, great recommendations and shes really entertaining!

We rated the restaurant a 2.5. Will probably never go back. Our waitress was great… drinks were mediocre, food was okay, actually the bread was the best part. Also, I did not know that to be seated downstairs you needed to say something! I obviously made it very clear when reserving that we were celebrating our anniversary and it didn’t matter. Again, we rated it a 2.5 because the drinks and the delay in things.

Horrible! Went for our anniversary / mentioned in reservation No mention by staff First floor had tables/ and was sat up stairs in a empty dining room the host was reluctant to move us downstairs were people were present Asked for a beer listed on menu/ was out of Asked for a different option again was told they didn’t have Ordered appetizers which came out both at the same time not staggered. Both items unimpressed with. TINY and bland but not short on being expensive. Entrees came also to quick with appetizers plates on table not cleared so we ended up stacking dirty dishes Ordered 2 pasta dishes- horrible zero salt in pasta water and the dishes both missed the mark on supposed to be listed ingredients. We told the waitress that the dishes were not good- instead she took my dish away, and later asked if I wanted something else. At that point my husband was upset and was trying to make the best of his dish and no longer wanted as well. She did remove the charge for my pasta/ we mentioned this was our anniversary and it was very disappointing. Waitress didn’t seem to grasp/ and did zero to try to turn a negative to a positive. We should have know better when the only visible seasoning was the sea salt on the butter for the bread. I get it it’s a tourist destination but don’t have Chicago prices for a Midwest menu. Only advice buyer beware. Hard pass

Calvin our waiter made our experience one of the best! He paced the meal, provided needed recommendations (it all looked so good) and made sure we had a great experience. We might have not gone with the oil and cheese if we knew there was a upcharge but we're glad we got it! The food was amazing and we will be back!

Food was amazing. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Our only complaint, we had to order everything at once so the chef could time things out. This resulted in a rushed meal and receiving the next course before we were finished with the first. Hard to sit down and enjoy the meal when rushed

Poor service and food was overpriced for amount received. Server was very scatterbrained and not accommodating to food allergies Would not recommend

My wife like her food. My pasta noodles had a Ramen Noodle vibe. Our waitress was great. Overall, it wasn’t bad. For what we paid, I was expecting more!
