À l'automne 2005, les frères Vince, John Paul et Andrew Angheloni (alias « The Boys » pour tous les habitués) ont ouvert le Solstice Restaurant & Wine Bar™ à Clarkson Village. Ayant grandi dans une famille qui a toujours été impliquée dans la restauration, les frères partagent une passion pour la nourriture, le vin, et tout ce qui est lié à la cuisine. Leur vision était de partager cette passion avec la communauté et de créer un restaurant non seulement d'une qualité exceptionnelle et de valeur sûre, mais également chaleureux et accueillant.

This is our regular place and the staff are extremely friendly and the food is great. It’s a great place for dinner and any event.

Solstice is an excellent location to dine! We have never seen pasta so well cooked al dente to perfection and served with steam emanating from the bowl. Wonderful! Tasty! Our waiter, David (? Sorry?) was knowledgeable and excellent at his service. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed my time at solstice. We had a wonderful waitress who was very kind and accommodating. She was very quick too! The host was very welcoming along with other staff members. The food was absolutely delicious and very filling lol. I will definitely be returning the atmosphere is very light and fun while still maintaining a very classic appeal. Wonderful experience!

Food was fabulous. Unfortunately directly behind us on a Friday night was a couple with 2 toddlers plus a screaming baby who never stopped. It was a special event for us and we wanted to talk. It was so bad that the poor waiter came over and apologized to us when they finally left but we had to listen to it for about an hour and a half. If we hadn't already ordered we would have left. It was not the restaurants' fault of course but how ignorant that family was. It's not the type of restaurant to bring such young children to especially on a Friday night. Solstice is my favorite restaurant and of course I will go back. It was just a very unfortunate situation and I know that the restaurant (these days) could do nothing about it.

The food was mediocre and overpriced. The best thing was the bread and the water. I know that's funny but it's true. The staff were great and friendly. The bill was 160 after tips and tax for 2 people. That's nuts for mediocre.

Never EVER a disappointment when we dine here... From the food, to the service, to the ambience, Solstice is our go to restaurant and make sure to always recommend to anyone who asks for a great place to go to!!!
