Due to limited Capacity there will be a 2 hours limit per seating if needed. Also tables are assigned on a first come basis.

Located in the heart of Downtown Freehold Borough, we deliver a memorable dining experience. With a pleasant atmosphere and delicious unique dishes, yours will surely be a night to remember.

In the Fall of 2005, Piergiorgio Ceciarelli opened a restaurant with a goal - to serve the best food with the warmest service and atmosphere. Piergiorgio Ceciarelli has been a restaurateur for 30 years. He started in South Florida where he built a reputation for excellent food, warm and fun atmosphere, and genuine heartfelt service. Winning the award for Best Restaurant Owner 2001. Citi Link said…always has a warm smile when he greets you and a grateful thank you when he bids you Ciao& at the end of a meal. Originally from Rome, he has lived in California, Mexico, Florida, and now New Jersey, where he resides with his wife and children.

We have been here before. We were celebrating our son Graduation from Highschool. We had also celebrated my daughter graduation in pass . Service is great . Food is delicious!! The only thing is the surcharge for credit cards is high . So bring cash . I forgot this time .

The food was average. The service was excellent. You could hang meat in there. It took away from any real enjoyment. This was second time there. First time was a better experience. We will see if there is a third time.

We have been dining at Solo for years. The food is consistently amazing. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Solo for all your Italian food cravings!

We had a wonderful dinner at Solo. For appetizers we had The Solo Famous Patatine Fritte (homemade potato chips with Gorgonzola truffle sauce) and the Insalata alla Pera. My husband and I both had the veal chop parmigiana and our friends had the Rigatoni all a Bolognese. For dessert we had Tartufo, Cheesecake and the Mini Bonboloni all a Nutella (mini Nutella stuffed donuts) which I highly recommend 😋. Everything was delicious. Allie was our server and she was wonderful. We had her last time we went to Solo and requested her again. We will definitely be back.

We made reservations for dinner for 5:30 pm on a Wednesday for my wife's birthday. We did get there too early. Patrons were coming in about 1 hour later. However the service was amazing.WE ,byob. and enjoyed that with our delicious appetizers. It was a beautiful evening, the sliding door was opened slightly where we enjoyed the summer breeze. Everything we ordered was perfect! My wife ordered the Pork chop sliced and stuffed with Blue Cheese and Spinach > OH MY GOD Melted in your mouth, I ordered the special Steak, so big and delicious. Of course ended the night with Dessert and cappucinno, dessert came out with a lit candle singing Happy Birthday to my wife, with the entire restaurant chimed in. A must go to restaurant!!
