Le Sole Restaurant et bar à vin se trouve dans un bâtiment datant de 150 ans à Seagram, à quelques minutes à l'ouest du Waterloo Uptown Core. L'intérieur conduit à 2 étages jusqu'à un plafond avec une charpente en bois, des poutres apparentes et de généreuses finitions en bois, pour une expérience élégante et décontractée. Le menu transportera votre palais en Méditerranée. Vous pourrez apprécier entre autres des pizzas à la croûte fine, des pâtes, des plats principaux végétariens ou des steaks. Une grande carte des vins, une belle sélection de Scotch, ainsi que des bières à la pression viendront accompagner votre expérience culinaire. Le service est professionnel et amical. Le Sole a hâte de vous accueillir pour une expérience gastronomique complète. En été, il vous sera possible de déguster vos repas à l'extérieur sur la terrasse chauffée.

    An amazing dining experience. Staff are attentive without being pushy, very professional. Food and beverages are expertly prepared and very satisfying. Portion sizes are perfect. The menu offers just enough variety to not be overwhelming. It's nice to have enough time to enjoy an appetizer before the main course is presented.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was cooked above expectation. Phillip gave impeccable service. The manager was very hospitable and professional. The ambience was cosy and quiet, and we could have good conversation. I had a diet restriction, and the chef was very flexible in changing both my salad and main course so that it was completely within my dietary requirements.

    Awesome food and amazing service! We really enjoyed the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection. Very friendly service. This has been one of our favorite restaurants anywhere for over 16 years.

    In general we had a 'good' experience. Two of us ordered the strip loin steak. One was about 1"thick and cooked properly, the other was about 1/2" thick. We were a bit disappointed about this, it seemed more of a schnitzel than a steak. Both steaks were 'cool'. This may be because there was a delay with one of our appetizers, so maybe the steaks sat for longer than normal?? Not sure. We mentioned the coolness of the steaks and they offered to warm them up but we refused since this would have been more of a delay and more disruption to the meal. So even though the experience was okay, we were disappointed. If places like this want to charge the prices they charge then the food quality needs to be higher. I'm not going to pay that amount of money for a meal like this again.

    Another amazing meal at Sole for a special family birthday. Staff went over and above to make our celebration an enjoyable and memorable experience. The food was delicious as per usual. Looking forward to our next meal at Sole!

    The staff was so attentive and made our extended lunch such an enjoyable experience. Never rushed and brought a beautiful dessert to celebrate our retirement recognition!

    We enjoyed an excellent lunch with a surprise birthday dessert! Excellent staff and our Server Emily was most attentive and a lovely person. We are never disappointed at Sole.

    I’ve been wanting to try Sole for years and finally went for my birthday! The food was all great and the cocktails were delicious. The service was great - our server Calla was very friendly and attentive, and our drinks and food all came at a good pace.
