Le Sole Restaurant et bar à vin se trouve dans un bâtiment datant de 150 ans à Seagram, à quelques minutes à l'ouest du Waterloo Uptown Core. L'intérieur conduit à 2 étages jusqu'à un plafond avec une charpente en bois, des poutres apparentes et de généreuses finitions en bois, pour une expérience élégante et décontractée. Le menu transportera votre palais en Méditerranée. Vous pourrez apprécier entre autres des pizzas à la croûte fine, des pâtes, des plats principaux végétariens ou des steaks. Une grande carte des vins, une belle sélection de Scotch, ainsi que des bières à la pression viendront accompagner votre expérience culinaire. Le service est professionnel et amical. Le Sole a hâte de vous accueillir pour une expérience gastronomique complète. En été, il vous sera possible de déguster vos repas à l'extérieur sur la terrasse chauffée.

    It was my first time there and it was a great experience! Fantastic service, great atmosphere and the food was really good - and lots of options. I particularly really enjoyed how they had a huge gluten free menu - wasn’t expecting that! Gluten free pizza, pasta and even buns and bread. I went with the gluten free chicken sandwich and it was tasty!

    Sole is a fantastic place to eat if you want a relaxing atmosphere, great food and be served by helpful staff. Can highly recommend to go sometime!

    Pretty noisy. Good was OK. But service was very good. A nice night out. The celebratory creme brulee was much appreciated.

    my wife and were treated just great food was top quality it was our combined her birthday and our anniversary they brought us a complimentary desert with happy birthday written on one plate and happy anniversary on the other in chocolate just a wonderful time

    Everything was very well done, zero compliants. Our server was friendly, food was delicious, ambiance was very relaxing and a perfect date night out.

    We had a wonderful dinner party for my husband’s birthday. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and the service was fantastic. Thank you for a lovely evening

    Lunch at Sole was lovely. The service was great, the meals came out in great timing and were so fresh and delicious. Beautiful warm environment, can’t wait to go back!

    Sole's patio, especially on a late summer evening, offers memorable ambiance and experience. We started our dinner with a classic cocktail, French75, graciously prepared though it's not on the menu, and chose as appetizers the shrimp cocktail and the new and improved escargots and - as usual - everything was up to expectations. Our choices for the main course was the Salade Nicoise, rightfully one of Sole's flagship menu item. As inveterate red wine drinkers we were deliberating the menu choices, when Heidi, our excellent server suggested a mini tasting of Malbec, Bordeaux and Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir, light and Chardonnay related, turned out to be a befitting choice for seafood. Tasty Creme brulee and Capuccino ended the meal. We look forward to the next time!

    We have been several times for Dinner, but this was our first time for Lunch. Every bit as good! Solé has become our “go to” restaurant.
