Le Sole Restaurant et bar à vin se trouve dans un bâtiment datant de 150 ans à Seagram, à quelques minutes à l'ouest du Waterloo Uptown Core. L'intérieur conduit à 2 étages jusqu'à un plafond avec une charpente en bois, des poutres apparentes et de généreuses finitions en bois, pour une expérience élégante et décontractée. Le menu transportera votre palais en Méditerranée. Vous pourrez apprécier entre autres des pizzas à la croûte fine, des pâtes, des plats principaux végétariens ou des steaks. Une grande carte des vins, une belle sélection de Scotch, ainsi que des bières à la pression viendront accompagner votre expérience culinaire. Le service est professionnel et amical. Le Sole a hâte de vous accueillir pour une expérience gastronomique complète. En été, il vous sera possible de déguster vos repas à l'extérieur sur la terrasse chauffée.

    Simply Wow. We went for our two year wedding anniversary and were totally blown away. Food, drinks, service, space.. everything was beyond. So excited to go back even if it is to only have a drink at their bar.

    We dined on the outdoor patio. The setting was wonderful, as always. Our meals were superb. My wife loved her wood fired pizza. I thought my fillet mignon was divine. We both enjoyed amazing soups to start - mine a fresh roasted tomato, hers an outstanding French onion. The friendly, fun staff made the whole experience personal and pleasant. Sole is outstanding!

    I had the chicken vera salad and am still thinking about it, just perfection. We also shared the strawberry rhubarb pavlova for desert which was light and refreshing. Gorgeous patio with lots of shade. 10 out of 10.

    Decent food although the chicken was a bit overcooked. Suffice to say I was expecting more overall from the restaurant after enjoying them many years ago.

    Our visit was amazing. The service was outstanding and the food was absolutely perfect. Fillip our server was on point in every aspect. OMG the 7 layer TALL chocolate cake was to die for and definitely to be shared, it’s so big!!! Except for my glass of wine that tasted flat but I drank it, everything was perfect. We’ll be back again and tell others how amazing this restaurant is and they need to try it out.

    Not enthusiastic about the recent changes. We have been coming regularly for decades, usually for brunch (family coming in from out of town). We always booked a nice table for four beside a window. Now they've placed high-backed booths along the window wall. Two or three of us would order the lobster Benedict, which was relatively unique in this area. Meals would be preceded with a basket of pastries. None of this is true any more. Service is still excellent, food was well prepared, but the restaurant no longer has a unique aspect--it's just another good 'same' restaurant. We were a bit disappointed.

    Amazing. Best outdoor garden patio ever. We had a birthday and anniversary and they gave us two desserts on the house. Salmon wad perfect
