La nouvelle cuisine du sud du Soby's est un mélange éclectique de cuisine continentale contemporaine et traditionnelle du sud. Cet établissement revisite des grands classiques pour en faire des plats originaux. Le restaurant est situé au cœur du centre-ville de Greenville, dans une filature de coton rénovée, construite dans les années 1800. L'atmosphère est chaleureuse et dynamique et le personnel est bien formé pour vous garantir une expérience culinaire fantastique. De plus, la carte des vins compte plus de 500 bouteilles et a été récompensée par le Wine Spectator Magazine au cours des huit dernières années. Ces deux dernières années, elle a reçu le « Prix d'Excellence ».

                                            Easily one of my top 5 dining experiences. Our server, Michael, chef’s kiss! Knowledgeable ✅ Friendly ✅ Caring ✅ Wine pairings ✅ The food, sooooo good. Fried green tomatoes as our appetizer, scallops & salmon as our entrees, crème brûlée & pistachio layer cake for dessert. Everything was just delicious! Would definitely go back, and the noise level was perfect for us to be able to chat!

                                            Great service and the food was delicious! It was very busy on a Saturday night, so make sure to make a reservation.

                                            We had a server named Carrie, she treated us poorly and did not check on us at all. I needed more sweet tea and she never got it. My husband ordered a beer and we waited 20th minutes until she came back and we asked about the beer and she like oh my bad. She never came to check on us after the food came. I feel like she looked at us and assumed we would tip well. My husband and I work in the food industry and we understand the importance of tips and we would have tipped very well. She had 3 other tables and were a lot more attentive to them than us. She was also leaning and touching us on the shoulders and that made us very uncomfortable.

                                            Michael was very good with us despite the busyness of the restaurant. Excellent shrimp and grits with side order of crab cakes. Banana cream pie was awesome. Thank for the great dining experience!

                                            We go to Soby’s every time we have Peace Center tickets. The dining experience is never a disappointment. It starts with the young but very well trained front desk. We’ve been to other on top of a building restaurants with a reservation only to be told in a most unprofessional manner by a young obviously untrained individual, that it’ll be a 45 minute wait. I say “young” because these people don’t have the seasoning to be professional. It takes training to overcome years of experience. Soby’s does that training. The service staff makes one feel appreciated as a customer. We had server Carrie again this time and was once again pleased. We will continue to make this our go to place.                                             Sony’s is a great local restaurant! It has fantastic food, service, drinks, wine served in a family atmosphere! We have eaten at Soby’s on many occasions in their main dining room, this time we ask to be seated in the bar area! It was really nice! Same great service and food with a bonus: we got to watch our favorite college football team, too! We highly recommend this local eatery!
