                                                            Once we checked in there was a long wait to get to our dining reservation. The elevator operator was very animated and made the elevator experience amazing. We had a team of two waiters. Tom was outstanding and a really pleasant server. The other waitress was just okay and seemed annoyed with us most of the time. We were celebrating our anniversary and I stated it in our reservation and was expecting better service. I was also expecting better food due to the high pricing. The food is completely overpriced for the poor quality and taste. Honestly you’re just paying for the view. I recommend going to prime steakhouse where the food is worth the price, the service is way better, and you get a great view of the falls as well. Also we had a stressful elevator ride down due to the food upsetting my stomach. 😂 So 3 out of 5 stars. One and done kind of place.

                                                            All tables are on the window side of the restaurant, so all have a great view outside. You will make at least one 360 degree revolution so are guaranteed a great view of the Falls as well at the surrounding countryside. A truly unique and enjoyable experience.

                                                            Nothing beats the view from this restaurant. The food is okay, you definitely expect more for the price but you are paying for the view. Everything was fine but we spend $70 on average per person. That being said thought the soups were good, the French onion and clam chowder. I came with a group of 10 so we ordered a lot of items and tried everything. And overall is was fine. The pricing and the point of going there is for the incredible view of the falls. To have that aerial view is really amazing and so I think it’s fairly priced for that.

                                                            I made the reservation 3 month in advance and I asked for a view in a window and I never get it. I was there celebrating my son birthday and they didn’t bring nothing for him to sing happy birthday. We asked for beer and they bring a glass but not cold how should be. We asked for bread because they never bringing to the table. Prices really high, 3 people 299.00. Stunning view, and you pay for it.

                                                            We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was very nice. Food was very good. I would definitely recommend for a Niagara Falls “experience.” Was not cheap though.
