Il est impossible de parler de Printer's Alley sans mentionner le Rainbow Room, détenu et géré par l'une des véritables stars de Printer's Alley, David « Skull » Schulman. Juste avant l'ouverture, Skull avait été agressé par deux personnes et brutalement assassiné. Ses meurtriers avaient été capturés, mais la discothèque n'a jamais rouvert. Après une fermeture de presque deux décennies, le Rainbow Room a rouvert ses portes à son emplacement d'origine, dans l'historique Printer's Alley, sous le nom de Skull's Rainbow Room, en hommage au regretté David « Skull » Schulman. Dans le légendaire Skull's Rainbow Room, le menu d'origine est affiché au mur et le barman prépare d'une main experte une foule de cocktails post-Prohibition. Vous profiterez d'une cuisine américaine contemporaine et d'un service impeccable dans une atmosphère relaxante. Deux fois par nuit, vous assisterez à un spectacle burlesque chic et sobre. Des concerts sont organisés 7j/7.

Incredible food, drinks, ambiance, and music. Was certainly a little expensive (over $200 for 4 drinks and 2 entrees, but was expected) but it was probably my favorite part of my visit to Nashville.

Watch your time !!! Our waiter ,Tony, told us we had an hour and 15 minutes before we had to leave ?! We spent $400 on drinks and food … Really killed the evening ! Would not go back .

Last night’s dinner was amazing! Lived up to all the reviews. Our server, Monica, was helpful in helping with my selection. We ended up sharing the pork chop. So delicious!! Brussel sprouts and truffle mashed potatoes were fantastic. We were there early before a show at the Ryman. Sat at a table near the stage. Piano player was very entertaining. Overall excellent night. Highly recommend.

Skulls has become an absolute favorite dining experience of mine. Great ambiance, atmosphere, and food quality. This past visit we ordered the crawfish gnocchi and only rec’d maybe 2-3 pieces of actual crawfish in the dish. I think it was just an odd batch because we’ve ordered it previously and did not have that experience. Additionally, it’d be great if we can specify a reservation in the area in front of the band. Often we bring out of town visitors to dine here and we want them to get the full experience. Otherwise I’m always completely impressed and excited about dining here.
