Skewers is pushing the limits into a new era of Mediterranean Fusion Cuisine.

For more than 20 years, Skewers has been dedicated to offering our guests some of the boldest, most creative flavors of Mediterranean Cuisine. We have always believed that a fantastic dinner begins with fantastic ingredients. That"s why we only use the freshest foods available in creating our dishes. No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives are present in our cuisine and we individually prepare every dish to order.

Our amazing variety of skewers includes mouthwatering kabobs of lamb, tenderloin, and garlic chicken, to name a few. Everyday, our chefs create fresh seafood specialties guaranteed to delight your palate. For the more daring, we offer fabulous east Mediterranean choices with a Middle Eastern flair. Party of 4 had a great dinner with terrific service. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinner plus appetizers. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Highly recommend reservations as the place is very popular.

We had a really sweet, pretty and attentive waitress named Katia. Service was excellent! She took great care us ! I had the chicken kabobs and hubby had the steak kabobs. Both were delicious and plentiful ! For dessert, my hubby had the Banana Coconut Dream Cake and I had the Salted Carmel Expresso Martini. Both wonderful!! We’ll definitely be back !!

Celebrated a galentines dinner with some friends here, the food and service was amazing Blair really took care of our group, and we can’t wait to go back !

As always, we love every thing about this restaurant. Next time we come we are having just appetizers, as there are many gluten free choices. I even got to dance with the Belly Dancer!

Very good experience- and wonderful food. Our waitress was fantastic. Definitely would return except it is 1550 miles from home. You will not be sorry.

This restaurant continues to be our family’s favorite. You can always count on excellent food at a very fair price, and the menu remains the same. The staff is friendly and competent, and I love that you can dine in or out.

Overall, the food is excellent that wine and bar selection that they have is very good as well. The jazz and rice the regular house salad and the moose cake is phenomenal. I love that they have vegetarian options. The only problem with this restaurant is trying to get in and or a company, the clientele that they have because they are way understaffed as far as service or concerned. The service are running so that they can try to accommodate even getting any kind of food on the table other than that, we absolutely love skewers.
