For more than 20 years, Skewers has been dedicated to offering our guests some of the boldest, most creative flavors of Mediterranean Cuisine. We have always believed that a fantastic dinner begins with fantastic ingredients. That"s why we only use the freshest foods available in creating our dishes. No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives are present in our cuisine and we individually prepare every dish to order.

Our amazing variety of skewers includes mouthwatering kabobs of lamb, tenderloin, and garlic chicken, to name a few. Everyday, our chefs create fresh seafood specialties guaranteed to delight your palate. For the more daring, we offer fabulous east Mediterranean choices with a Middle Eastern flair. We had the most delicious meal, as always, at Skewers! The hummus and caprese appetizer are amazing! For dinner, we had tuna and filet skewers both perfectly seared / cooked. The service was excellent, our server Lauren was the best!! Our favorite restaurant by far 😋

My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful dinner on their patio on a Sunday evening. Service by Lindsay was professional and prompt throughout. Calamari appetizer was perfectly crispy and served with marinara and a tasty lemon garlic aoli. We both ordered the mixed grill which came with rice, summer squash and also a house salad. The portion was huge and everything was fresh and full of flavor. We splurged on dessert once we learned they were house made. I had the baklava and husband had aa huge slice of the chocolate cake. Both were delicious.

This is the second time someone I was with ordered the filet kabob and it was inedible. It was a rare unswallowable chewy meat of some kind but definately NOT filet. Jake was an awesome server and the belly dancer was amusing although the music was WAY TOO LOUD!

It was our first time eating here, it was my wife's birthday dinner. They are busy, the staff was fine and courteous. The food was really good and the dessert was very tasty! The only complaint is the parking lot is about a 1/4 of the size they need. This place will be one of our regulars going forward!!

As usual The service, food and drinks were wonderful. Their skewers are phenomenol...Their Banana coconut cake is unmatchable to anything else I have eaten. Their service team is very personable and professional. We always bring our guests to this restaurant when we wish to impress. I can only say good things about it. WE had the vegeterian skewers, and shrimp skewers.... Great.... My husband had the lamb chops and just kept saying ooooh and ahhhhh. The salad is very fresh and crisp. Everything cooked to perfection. We can't say enough.
