S'inspirant des pays européens de grandes productions maraîchères, le SIX combine les ingrédients les plus frais avec une passion pour faire ressortir les saveurs, dans une approche contemporaine de la cuisine. L'établissement offre une variété d'expériences culinaires, de la salle à manger intime, avec un décor luxueux où chaque détail romantique a été soigneusement choisi, à l'espace de repas plus détendu et informel de type brasserie. Le SIX est également le premier bar à cocktails pressés à froid de Brighton, offrant un menu varié de boissons magnifiquement conçues, ainsi qu'une sélection des meilleurs vins bio. De plus, il sert des bières exclusives brassées artisanalement, bières faites et importées à partir d'un petit village près de Gand en Belgique. Le restaurant s'engage à utiliser exclusivement des ingrédients d'origine locale, de saison et biologiques pour créer des menus équilibrés, parfaitement adaptés à la brasserie comme à la salle à manger. Booked via OpenTable for a brunch meeting with 5 of my team. Turned up and it was shut for the day, with just a note on the door! Emailed to say what had happened. Never heard back! Terrible customer service.

Overall a great experience, staff were very welcoming & dog friendly. Food was lovely, wasn’t very hot when received & slightly expensive for portion sizes but still would recommend!

Six, a lovely restaurant on Western Road Hove, had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Tim (the owner/manager) was very attentive and helped us make an excellent choice of wine - giving us some very useful information about it’s production. It was delicious. We both had the beef brisket, which was tender and very tasty and nicely presented. My only minor complaint is that the food arrived too quickly and while I was still drinking my aperitif. As we didn’t have a starter I thought I would get longer before my wine and food arrived. However, this was not a big problem and we will want to revisit the restaurant in future.

We were the only table in there and we had an excellent time! The 4 staff working were absolutely brilliant and made our night amazing. We turned off the Christmas tunes and had our own playlist. We just had a really lovely time. My seared Tuna was fantastic.

Great lunchtime friendly service. Asked for heaters because it was a cold day. Asked for meals that were on the evening menu because we had looked up what we wanted on line before booking and the staff went out of their way to oblige us. Thanks guys

The restaurant was nicely decorated. The staff services was okay. Didn’t like the fact that they would lean right over you to get plates or serve food. When the food arrived it was not at all warm. Very disappointing. One of our guests first ordered an oat flat white and it was not and it was dairy that is not acceptable and there was no apology for the mistake. I feel the food was not very good value for money. Having been here before I was disappointed. I would have said something at time but I didn’t not want to with our guest there. Will not rush back and not recommend.
