Came to celebrate my birthday with 5 other family members. Everyone said their meal was outstanding. Bone-in rib-eyes and filet mignon were ordered and cooked to perfection. The service was good. There were other larger groups there so it was a bit noisy, and it was a Saturday night.

A little noisy but overall a great experience. The special was 8oz Filet with prawns and a white truffle sauce. Excellent! The wine pour was generous and service great. Shouldn’t have had the beignets (too full) but couldn’t resist - glad I orders them. We will do this again.

We have dined here at least 50 times over the years and this is only the 2nd time I can recall there being an issue. We went for my wife's birthday. Her steak was very chewy/tough and she requested a filet instead. I tried waiting for her new order, but finally, as my steak was almost cold, I went ahead and ate it. It was sometime after I finished that her filet finally arrived. Because I was already done she only ate a few bites and asked for a to go box. Instead of having a nice birthday dinner together I ate a cold steak by myself and my wife didn't eat much of anything. For the inconvenience they bought my wife a dessert. I work in the hospitality industry and if that would have happened at any of my restaurants the 1 dinner, at the very least, if not the entire meal, would have been comped. Usually everything at Silverado Steakhouse is great, which is why he have been there so many times, but I was very disappointed by their gesture of buying her a dessert to "make things right."

Always enjoy Silverado Steak House at Southpoint Casino. The food prices along with a $20 bottle of wine special make this one of the great steakhouse values in the Las Vegas area. We both had the charbroiled 8oz filet, house salad tossed tableside and huge baked potato. Our meat was cooked to a perfect medium as requested. Service was friendly and attentive. We'll be back.

We had dinner with friends and it was a wonderful experience. They staff was extremely attentive, the service was in a very timely manner, and the food was excellent.
