Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, Silver Trumpet is the perfect spot to enjoy any day of the week. However, for a truly unforgettable experience, we recommend stopping by during a Segerstrom Center performance or after work to take advantage of our Happy Hour and Late-Night Happy Hour specials, available from Monday to Friday. And if you're in the mood for a night out, our bar stays open until 1:00 am every Friday and Saturday, creating an energetic and lively atmosphere that's perfect for letting loose

We have been attending the shows across the street for years and have been coming to The Silver Trumpet for as long. The service, food value and ambience have the driving factors in our return over and over. Recommended? Absolutely!

We picked this restaurant because it was open on Chridtmad Dsy and it was behind our hotel. I asked several people about the restaurant, and no one had heard about it. This restaurant is well known to theater goers as it is near one of the bigger theaters in Orange County. With that said, the food was outstanding. On Christmas Day, they only had a prix fixed meal of 4 courses. The salad was very unusual, the wagyu beef was plentiful, and the dessert was so good & not overly sweet. The outside seating area is well decorated with heat lamps.

Waiters could not understand English well, served the dishes wrong and brought the condiments super slowly. One of the waitress said she would bring me the dessert menu but never did, like she totally forgot what she said when we checked with her. She said: oh, I didn’t bring the dessert menu? Then she went to grab it. I mean come on, it’s the Christmas meal and everyone expect something special or at least NORMAL.

Price fix is our choice. Three had steaks and one had salmon. We all raved about the meat/fish.

Meet 2 friends / colleagues for lunch at 1pm on a Friday and it was surprisingly quiet with only a handful of tables filled - although it did sound like there was a Christmas party going on in another section of the restaurant. I had a very flavorful skirt steak and vegetables, and my friends had some sort of sandwich. No bread was provided with my steak, so I had to order that as a side -but it was excellent. Overall, a very nice and elegant place and next time I'm in town I'll go again.

Had tickets to Orange County performing arts and again decided to have dinner before the show at Silver Trumpet. They never failed to deliver on their service, cheerfulness and professionalism. It’s one of my favorite places to have a nice reasonably quiet dinner there.
