Bugsy Siegel’s lust for extravagance set the scene for modern-day Las Vegas. Paying homage to Siegel and his inner circle of original mobsters, El Cortez Hotel & Casino presents food with attitude at the morning, noon and night dining concept, Siegel’s 1941. Siegel’s 1941 offers extensive menus filled with modern twists on classic American standards.

Open 24 hours. Located in downtown Las Vegas.

First, I’ve never had a restaurant that serves dinner without offering you a complementary salad before or a complementary bread. I had the prime rib, which is very good potatoes not my style so didn’t care for them or server was quick to be there and quick to bring out food, but also quick to leave the check before we had a chance to have coffee or anything indicating to me that she wanted to turn the table, this would have been fine if the restaurant was crowded, but it wasn’t . I was disappointed in the service at that level. As I said, the prime rib was good the potatoes not so much and again never have had a prime rib dinner that I pay over $30 for that doesn’t come with a salad or some other type of Free like bread or something

Food was above average, ambience and decor was great, a bit noisy at times, and service was sub par.

Pork chops were dry. Prime rib was good. Service was rushed - entrees came while still eating salad. Check came fast. Didn’t ask whether we wanted desert or coffee.

Gute Speisenauswahl, komfortable Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal. An Wochenenden nahezu rund um die Uhr geöffnet.

Siegel's 1941 is a nice restaurant but nothing fancy. People are there for the $19.95 prime rib dinner which is pretty good. The baked potato is cooked to perfection and I love baked potatoes. A few small changes could easily change this from 3 stars to 4. First of all fix the tables so they don't wobble. The last 3 times we ate there the tables wobbled. Next put some table cloths on the tables with a candle. Now add some classic rat pack music and dim the lights slightly. This could be a really nice place to eat. We've been there many times, as I said, but it was for the cheap prime rib. Service is usually excellent and long as they are not under staffed.

Food is nothing exciting. We both ordered filet mignon. Mine was almost raw when I ordered medium, my partner received a hockey puck for medium well. Sides were ok. Service was very slow. Overall more of a diner type experience which wasn't what we were looking for. It was ok but I probably won't return.

If you like liver and onions then this is the place! Generous portions at a fair price. Kind of a retro experience. Food is always great here b

Service was immaculate, hostess amazing from checking into seating. It was quick and the most important is the value of the amount of food that they provided was unreal thank you thank you thank you it was a great experience. I will be back. I am in Las Vegas local and I will make sure to tell people about it
