Josh was an excellent server. The food was great. We got there at the end of happy hour and the noise level was higher than we like but it did improve.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. I was disappointed with my table being close to the kitchen and all that chatter. I should have moved. Pricing for most items was as expected but $16 for a baked potato seemed excessive.

Thank you for the review Do. We are glad to move you to a more desirable placement if we have tables available and I apologize for the noise. We have tried to keep pricing as low as possible with increasing cost of goods. The Potato Gratin is $16 for 16 oz of Gratin.

Oh my wow, Shula’s Naples is our favorite Shula’s location and our favorite restaurant in Naples! The service is absolutely amazing, I mentioned it was my mom’s birthday and the team went above and beyond, decorated the table, made a sign, and brought a specialty dessert for the table. A special thank you to our sever, Giovanni, he was fantastic. 1000/10!

We heard Peter G was playing @ Shula’s so our party of 6 cancelled @ another restaurant, & we were treated to WONDERFUL music & singing while dining! The food was delicious. My husband’s filet was Soo flavorful & tender. Our service was incredible w/ not only our server but Michael, the manger, checking w/ us several times. We sang along w/ several songs & Peter G was our delight of our dinner! He stopped by our table to thank us for engaging in his memorable music! 🎶🎹🎤AMAZING experience @ Shula’s! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My meal was very good. The service was excellent. There was really nothing to complaint about, but no real pizazz either.
