Agrémenté d'un lambris en chêne magnifiquement sculpté et d'un plafond en étain unique de l'ancienne mercerie des années 1930, le Shuckers est l'un des plus anciens et des plus importants bars à huîtres de Seattle. Avec un menu du jour qui propose une sélection de poissons et de fruits de mer frais, le Shuckers sert 13 sortes d'huîtres préparées de 9 façons différentes, avec des micro-bières artisanales locales. Oysters were amazing. Ordered dozen after dozen, total of 3 1/2. Service was great, the only downside was a fly that came out of the olive oil and the scallop , roasted carrot dish was subpar. Not sure how many patrons would request the oil and vinegar for the bread.

We love this vintage restaurant. The food is consistently great. Simple and perfectly prepared. Service is excellent.

Lots of hard surfaces makes for a louder environment, but still comfortable and worth a visit. Food was good, smaller selection but executed well. Bread was good, but as with most places, they're stingy with the butter!

Excellent dinner experience! All of our food was incredible. Oysters were fresh and yummy. The Butternut gnudi was a unique dish that was seasonal and delicious. The apple crumble dessert with bourbon ice cream was a real treat. Nice ambiance and excellent service. If you feel like a little splurge, this is a great seafood restaurant to try!

One of the best classic restaurants in the city. The service is also truly excellent. Starting with a wonderful hostess who made us feel very welcomed. The whole place is full of professionals that actually care about each tables experience. We started with drinks at the bar and we found bartender Brent charming, engaging and interesting. We will return as often as possible.
