Sharps RoastHouse has been voted one of the best Seatac restaurants. We are a local restaurant and bar next door to Seatac Airport (Seattle International Airport), just outside of Seattle. We offer scratch American Cuisine, fine crafted cocktails and Northwest wine and beer. Our custom roasting works showcases our 12-hour Hereford Prime Rib, Applewood Smoked St Louis Ribs and spit fired organic rotisserie chicken. Perfect for a quick bite before a flight or layover or after picking up a hungry friend from a long day of traveling.

We’ve been coming here for years, but it had been a while since we had been in. The nachos with the pulled pork, super delicious. It wasn’t too loud, the service was great. I had the bacon brisket sandwich, and my wife had the Carolina gold. Both meals were fabulous. I’ll be coming back more often.

Very nice meal. Sharp’s has a good draft beer list, many local and regional breweries represented. The wine list is heavily weighted to Washington and Oregon wines. The brisket mac & cheese was outstanding, and the prime rib was very tasty. We may be back soon.

Our server, Haylie, was great. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The ribs, sides, and carrot cake were delicious.

Sharps has been hit or miss with us. I ordered the KC pulled pork sammy. No sauce and meat was dry and sammy was cold. Brother had prime rib dip - that was good. Flavorful and lean. Hubby had fried chicken plate. Chicken was a bit overcooked but still good flavor. BIGGEST COMPLAINT - they don't allow additions or substitutions and they don't let you order a side of their signature sourdough mac & cheese. SERIOUSLY? why the heck not? Cocktails here are great. Service is friendly and efficient. We were there at 8pm - could be the reason the meat was dried out. Will try again.

Excellent service from Tahji as he assisted with detail on menu and provided assistance in ordering correct portions. When order was delayed, he kept us updated on the order status.

We had a great time! Great food, drinks atmosphere and the service we received from the time we walked through the door until we paid our bill was amazing! We’re definitely looking forward to the next time!
