Installé dans le Letterman Digital Arts Center dans l'historique Presidio, Sessions est une destination culinaire qui sert de la bière artisanale, de la cuisine artisanale et des cocktails artisanaux. Le nom Sessions se réfère aux "session beer", des bières savoureuses aux pourcentage d'alcool réduit qu'on peut consommer en plus grand nombre lors de moments conviviaux (ou "sessions" conviviales) avec des amis. Le menu étend le même concept à la nourriture : encourager les convives à partager de délicieuses assiettes de saison conçues avec une sensibilité californienne moderne à partir de produits cultivés localement et naturellement. Le grand bar du Sessions est la pièce maîtresse du restaurant, avec 24 bières pression de brasseries-boutiques, 10 vins locaux au fût et une liste de cocktails astucieusement conçue et composée de spiritueux. Sessions dispose d'un espace en plein air idéal pour profiter d'un dimanche après-midi ou se retrouver entre amis pour boire un verre après le travail lors d'une claire journée à San Francisco.

All 3 of us had wonderful entries. They included salmon, duck confit, and the best muscle dish I had in a long time! The service was outstanding and the surroundings were beautiful. This place never disappoints!

I don't understand how this place has been open for so long. I love it some ways - the location is amazing, the food is generally okay and you can always get a reservation, but this past time I visited, it was odd. It was so eerily quiet my friend and I asked to sit out on the patio, and we probably had 5 different waiters come by asking us if we needed things, etc. The food was just alright - I probably won't be back until this place gets bought out by someone who knows what they're doing.

We had a lovely experience dining outside on the patio. The food was good (although my salad had some browned lettuce pieces...I've had better there before), the drinks good, and service friendly and attentive.

It was impossible to get service or place our dinner order. When provided it was unapologetically entitled. Bus service was great. It appears they are severely understaffed. Our food sat under a warmer for quite some time. We even had to ask to pay our bill because they completely forgot about us or just ignored us. We found them on OpenTable but will never return. Save your money and find another restaurant that will appreciate their customers with service and great food.

The Mussels were fantastic, the service was slow/inattentive. Dunno if it's just a staffing issue (not enough?) or what, but once food/drink order came in it came out fast, but after waiting 10 minutes to order and receiving food/drink, we never saw the server again and we had to ask for our check. it was weird, because we would have had second drink round and/or dessert but didn't wanna hassle with the absentee server. Other tables around us seemed to have the same problem.

Great place for families including a dog! Very pet friendly. Wonderful outdoor deck. Food was exceptional and the service on point. Highly recommend!

Food is good but servers are minimal and you have to chase them to order. Ours forgot milk that comes with kids meals, water for the kids and had to be chased to bring simple things like cutlery or an extra children’s chair. The food is good especially in the area, but the service needs to be uplifted, so especially on a Saturday night when you’d expect customers

Brandon was an excellent server - thoughtful, prompt, engaged, and gave good direction for the party's ordering. Outdoor seating, good food, and the ability to seat a large party were key (as always). My husband has celebrated his birthday every fall at Sessions since 2015 or 2016 - has always enjoyed it!
