Installé dans le Letterman Digital Arts Center dans l'historique Presidio, Sessions est une destination culinaire qui sert de la bière artisanale, de la cuisine artisanale et des cocktails artisanaux. Le nom Sessions se réfère aux "session beer", des bières savoureuses aux pourcentage d'alcool réduit qu'on peut consommer en plus grand nombre lors de moments conviviaux (ou "sessions" conviviales) avec des amis. Le menu étend le même concept à la nourriture : encourager les convives à partager de délicieuses assiettes de saison conçues avec une sensibilité californienne moderne à partir de produits cultivés localement et naturellement. Le grand bar du Sessions est la pièce maîtresse du restaurant, avec 24 bières pression de brasseries-boutiques, 10 vins locaux au fût et une liste de cocktails astucieusement conçue et composée de spiritueux. Sessions dispose d'un espace en plein air idéal pour profiter d'un dimanche après-midi ou se retrouver entre amis pour boire un verre après le travail lors d'une claire journée à San Francisco.

You can’t beat the location: surrounded by beautiful trees in the Presidio Park. Attentive service, delicious food, good value. That’s why we keep coming back.

We had a wonderful time last night. We planned a small surprise birthday dinner for my 16 year old daughter, and the staff was lovely, helpful, and just terrific. We sat on the patio and everyone had a great time. Thanks for making our little celebration special. Brendan, our server, was especially great.

Delicious food in a hidden sanctuary with a view of the Presidio greenery. Inventive as well as traditional cocktails and lovely wine.

Good value for delicious food on their limited menu. My boyfriend had the roasted chicken and loved it. It’s brined and I had the corn risotto with mushrooms and it was delicious. Since Lucas film has offices here, they offer wines from George’s vineyards in San Rafael… With some additional offerings added in. Some better than others, but with the carafe offering, it’s great value. This location at the Presidio is beautiful and peaceful…and interior design architecture by Don Olsen, is unique and well done. They deserve to succeed! We are foodies and we are glad we went!

Sessions is my “GO TO” restaurant. The setting inside the Presidio /Lucas Pond is glorious; the food is fresh and locally sourced and always delish; it’s roomy and not noisy; the servers are attentive but not overly so. I’ve introduced more friends to this lovely establishment because it never disappoints. During warm weather their patio seating is an added bonus. And there is never a parking problem — which is a big deal for San Francisco. Love this place!
