    This is one of my favorite restaurants! But tonight was a little off. No one at our table received their food at the same time which was uncomfortable. Do you wait to eat or wait for the other entrees to arrive? And the panna cotta was more like a Greek yogurt with granola. Disappointing. Again, this is one of my fave places so I’ll let or slide.

    Serrato delivered a perfect evening with friends-elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and incredible food. The chille shrimp was divine and dessert the ideal finale. A truly unforgettable dining experience!

    First visit and not impressed. We were very hopeful this could become a neighborhood regular since our favorite restaurant, Mingo's two doors down burned down a few months ago. We decided to sit at the bar. The bartender/manager energy was totally stressed and difficult to watch him. We finally had menus literally slapped down in front of us. He didn't even ask if we wanted anything to drink, be it water or a glass of wine. After, waiting for over 15 minutes, we left. Thankfully, I decided to ask for the manager, and she escorted us to a table where we did receive excellent service. The food was unexceptional, but the atmosphere up front by the windows is very cozy. We are likely not to return, but if we do, we will not be sitting at the bar. They obviously need more help.

    Nice experience - romantic, peaceful, appreciated the music and ambiance. Tables are nicely spaced to give privacy

    It was our first time at Serratto, and really love the upscale feel without the stuffiness. Very laid back atmosphere and the place is very clean. Made a reservation and the table was available right on arrival. Server was very attentive and service was great. We ordered appetizers, main dish, and dessert. The only issue we had was when the Halibut arrived it smelled fishy, it wasn’t strong but just slightly. I decided to taste the fish to see if it was coming from the fish or if it was coming from the scallops dish. The Halibut didn’t taste overly fishy, so I decided to eat and my wife had a bite when I was half way finished. She took a bite of a bottom piece that had the less lean part of the fish and she said it tasted fishy (in a sense that it wasn’t fresh). I said well I am half way done and the smell wasn’t as noticeable to me. So I finished it. Wife had the scallops and she liked them, daughter had the burger and she also enjoyed her meal. The Crème Brûlée was good. Overall the ambiance and food was good but I should have listened to the wife and not finished the fish. I did pay for it later with a stomachache, I just couldn’t get myself to say anything to the server since I had already finished half of it. Moral of the story is I should listen to my wife. We will return and try some of the other dishes.

    Serratto’s is a go to place for us. The food is always good and reasonably priced, the servers are always friendly, pleasant and do a good job balancing efficiency and allowing us to enjoy ourselves and our friends. It can get a little noisy when it is a full house, sit by the windows and that helps. Certainly recommend it highly.

    Love this place. Service was a little off this time and food was not as amazing as always. Not sure If it’s a staffing issue or something else. Appetizer never showed, vegetables were cold, had a hair in my daughters French fries, pasta was on the dry side and server, although we adore her; had too many tables and was difficult to chase down. Having said that. We frequently dine here and rarely have any complaints about food or service. We will definitely be back and will dismiss this experience as a “off night”
