Waited 40 minutes to get our pasta order, and it came in tepid. The music was way, too loud.

Crystal, our server, made our experience so much fun! My husband had her choose his entree between two options, along with our dessert and her choices were spot-on! This was our first dinner whole visiting the area that felt special.

I found this place on the web. We went and it was a great time. Delicious food. I had the Branzini which was awesome. We had a martini which was awesome. Beer which is awesome. And our server was just the best ever.. sadly I never asked his name like I usually do. But I would love to give kudos out to him.

We arrived at 7:15 and did not even get the appetizers until we complained past 8:15 PM. It doesn’t matter how good the food was. The service was horrendous. I highly recommend not going if you plan on getting good service. It even took 30 to 40 minutes to get our bill

I am usually not one to write reviews however for this restaurant I needed too. I’ve been looking forward to eating at Serafina for quite some years now and I had the chance and let me tell you I regret it. To begin with it’s a shame that a restaurant of that standard considers itself Italian it’s far from being Italian. The margherita pizza was a basic American cheese pizza ($24) really not worth it. I ate at Pizza Hut a few days back and it blew this pizza out of the park. Secondly my gf and I took 2 plates of pasta. Hers was shrimp limoncello ($32) which was apparently the best seller. Plate was received and it looked like a soup. Shrimp were boiled which is horrible, they put fresh diced tomatoes on top which really has nothing to do with the dish and it had zero taste even after putting Parmesan cheese. I took the orecchiette pasta with sausage and broccoli ($29) and it was decent. They had missing glasses of red wine and kept upselling a bottle, no espresso after being asked if I wanted coffee and kept trying to upsell dessers which tbh I just wanted to leave the restaurant. Save yourself the money and buy sauce in a can at the grocery store it will probably be better than what I was served. Restaurant is quoted a 4.3 on Google however I’m sure those are fake reviews.

When we arrived, the hostess did not welcome us, but almost seemed like we were bothering her. No “Hello” or “Welcome”. Not that big of a deal, but if I owned the business I would want a bubbly personality welcoming my guests with a smile. We ordered a bottle of wine, only to be told a few minutes later that they were out of that wine. We selected another bottle and ditto, they were out. So we ordered water. Being an Italian restaurant we had assumed you would at least get some form of bread with our entrees. Nope, we had to order a pizza pan of garlic bread at $10. Side salad not included either. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My wife had the mushroom risotto. It was so salty it was barely edible, and their portion size was miniscule. My fettuccine chicken carbonara was well under seasoned. No salt or pepper on the table either. We dined outside and could barely hear each other talk as the music was too loud. About the best thing I can say is that our server was excellent and friendly. For our experience the food was overpriced for the quality. We would never return.

It was ok. Our food didn’t come out at the same time and both dishes (lemon pasta and calzone) were incredibly salty. The calzone was also both burnt and covered in flour. Wouldn’t recommend it.

All of our meals were excellent, we shared a taste of each meal and all agreed the taste of each was great. Service was fast
