   Es un restaurante cuyo local por fuera no aparenta lo que es por dentro que es muy acogedor. La comida buenisima y el servicio excelente.

   Everything was wonderful - except tables were crammed together, making it difficult to sit a comfortable distance from the table and almost impossible to get up from the table.

   Always enjoy the food and ambience at Serafina by the Water. Their specials are excellent!

   Reservation made in advance for 830p. We arrived on time and were not seated until 900p. The restaurant was not exceedingly busy. The hostess did not smile once and appeared annoyed with each question and ring of the phone. The entry is small so we were asked to “wait outside” until our table was ready. We were seated outside as requested but the “water view” was obscured by dark shades pulled down around the patio. No water to see. But there was an exceedingly bright neon light and very loud vibrant music. Didn’t sound Italian at all. Ordered the halibut topped with crab as the waiter described. In reality it was halibut with deviled crab on top. Wish I had known, definitely not my favorite - was expecting lump crab. Overall Not my vibe and didn’t feel very welcomed as a customer. Probably won’t be back.

   Overall, great experience the food was authentic Italian and large portion, pretty nice wine list and the service was outstanding. The servers were very friendly and the always came by and asked us if we needed anything. The only minor issue is that we had to wait for our reservation but that was only a 10 minutes. We got a nice table overlooking the waterway so it was worth it. Highly recommended for a friends gathering over a nice meal.

   Everything was perfect!The staff was exceptional. Alexandra is such a great server and sweet human. Beautiful riverfront. We would definitely go back.

    Excellent authentic Italian food. Great service, our server was hilarious! Would highly recommend this place . We will go back definitely. Remember to get an outside table.
