We showed up for our reservation where the manager said they couldn’t honor the reservation because they only had 1.5 waiters and the kitchen was overwhelmed with the demand. We left.

Was not enough food there for the amount of money we spent it was ridiculous. The entrées were very poor and it looked like leftovers. Very disappointed. I contacted them to try to speak to two managers no return phone calls if I could give this a -5.

Nice view. Violin player was great. Desert selection and quality was great. Omelettes were great. Prime rib was tough. Paella lacked sufficient seafood, mostly rice, No hot vegetables. Insufficient staff for the number of people, so dirty plates were not removed, drinks not refilled. Host was downright rude. Price was too high for what was offered. Gratuity at 21% automatically added and not at all deserved. We won't go back.

Mother’s Day - waited for 25 minutes to be seated with an existing reservation. No silverware on table, coffee or drinks were not included in $70 a person brunch. Food was cold and 20% tip was built in and waiter came over once to tell me “we’re not brewing decaf today and what food wasn’t available” Save yourself and don’t go there.

Not a good experience.. waited 20 minutes for a reservation that I had.. no service for 30 minutes for a drink. Food not good. I had a $50 gratuity added to my receipt.. not sure for what. Very disappointed for Mother’s Day .

Highly recommend Ocean Place for Mother’s Day Brunch. Food was great and enough. Service was provided by 2 people (we were 8) and they were outstanding!! Ambience was perfect, there was a young man playing violin, he was amazing. It’s pricey but worth it.

Went for the Mother’s Day brunch. Used to be pretty decent but quality has dropped off quite a bit. Won’t be returning.

The Mother’s Day buffet was excellent, we were a party of 3, two adults and a 3 year old. A highchair was waiting at our table, which was overlooking the boardwalk/beach. The buffet was so large it was in an adjacent room, consisting of breads, pastries, bagels with all the trimmings, fruit, waffles, pancakes, eggs, meats, carving station + salmon, pasta,rice, potato, sides, desserts galore, mimosas, bloody Mary’s and more!!

Easter Sunday. Horrible experience. Mimosas were just orange juice. No server showed up to our table. Another younger gentleman served us coffee, but we never received cream. Coffee was cold before we could get creamer. All the managers were condescending, dismissive and manipulative. Ken the server never came around until we were leaving. I guess he wanted to make sure he received the 21% gratuity which had to be added without choice. The desserts had a bug infestation, and management did not care to remediate it. Small bugs were quickly running all over the plate. The rest of our table did not want to get dessert after that. Their meals were ruined. Gross place. Some of the worst service I have ever received in my life. Horrible management , (sham wow) the manager who scolded me for trying to show him which desserts I had taken, in order to help them pinpoint the bug infestation was abusive. I definitely will never return. What a joke.
