Daniel G. was our waiter, and was superb!!! Although I don’t know the names of the other wait-staff members, they were equally as great! Our meals were delicious, and we ate outdoors, and how lovely…a breeze and multi-colored sky: breathtaking!!! Looking forward to making another reservation in the Spring when we return!

Looked forward to the scarpetta beach experience and was disappointed. Hope this comes as constructive criticism more than an attack. Abruptly being approached by a server without introduction or a welcome is just poor on the hospitality end of our experience especially coming from someone who works the industry. Food portions were a little (literally) too tiny and just over all a disappointing experience

We sat in the smaller room on the side which was quieter. The maitre”d and waitress were awesome. My husbands salad was drowned in dressing. They took it off the bill. The other three entrees were delicious. Great place to people watch.

I've eaten there several times and have hosted a professional staff retreat there twice. It's the first time that I ever sent any food back...the $46.00 halibut was overcooked!!! The second major issue is that they have a serious yellow jack/bee problem. I was seated outdoors (which was lovely) but near their low flowering hedges which attracted swarming bees. Two other tables requested to be moved - and then we realized part of the contributing problem ...a clear bell jar bee trap filled a sweet liquid intended to attract bees that was placed near us and when moved near dining tables. I finally insisted that one of the managers totally removed it (he was reluctant at first until I raised my voice to insist that I was allergic to bee stings). This is a simple landscaping issue - that can be resolved by swapping these privacy shrubs. I left shaking my head because the last time I was there the valet lost my Mercedes key!

Our appetizers were delivered quickly but then we sat and sat for at least 35 minutes before our pasta arrived—cold! And our main course -black cod was delivered at the same time- also cold. No share later offered and the food was just plunked down on the table. The manager adjusted our bill and discounted the fish. We’ve dined here many times. The food remains wonderful but the service has seriously declined-even cutting some slack for Labor Day Weekend, especially at these prices!
