    Fun night. Get there early for a spot outside and in the rail. Ordered the Hamachi and Burrata as apps. Black cod and Halibut as mains. All wonderful.

    Atmosphere and food awesome. Service is fair to poor. To get a cocktail takes minimum 30 minutes whether waiting at bar or seated at a dinner table.

    Horrible experience. Went downhill. Food was bad. Apps came before drinks. The crowd was obnoxious .

    Friendly hostesses, especially the hostess walked us to the patio table. Amazing view of the ocean from table. Appetizers: Seared scallops and Charred Octopus, both tasty! The pea puree was salty in the scallops but the scallops were cooked perfectly. Green: White and green asparagus, cooked perfectly! Entrees: Muscovy duck and Red Snapper, all cooked perfectly and delicious! We dined at Scarpetta Beach every summer in Montauk as we love the food and ambience. The hostesses were friendlier this summer vs previous years!

    For the cost, the food nor the service was anything to rave home about. The service itself was so poor

    we had a reservation, got there on time, we were seated outside in the freezing cold, ordered our appetizers and mains pretty quick and then appetizers took kind of long to come out, but then our mains took over an hour to come and we kept asking the waiter when it’s coming out and he kept saying 5 minutes 3 different times. we were so cold and hungry and sick of waiting for over an hour we just asked for the bill and left cold and hungry.

    Food was excellent as was our server. We had some small complications of trying to sit together (we had 2 tables - 4 and 6 people). We tried to make a reservation for 10 in advance and were denied and it was disappointing to see there were other tables 10 sitting together no problem. It took a while to figure it out but still, the food and ambiance was worth it. The service once we got to the restaurant was much better and nicer than what we tried to call and make accommodations for our group.
