    We have not enjoyed a meal like this in a long time. I only wish it was earlier in the day so that we could have enjoyed the ocean view.

    We come to Gurney’s twice per year and always enjoy dinner at Scarpetta Beach restaurant. The bread basket includes delicious Stromboli. We always get the spaghetti with basil tomato sauce. The food is outstanding!! The service is great and the view and ambiance are special!!

    While the hostess was lovely and accommodating , our waiters were un friendly and acted as tho they had somewhere else to be . Such a turn off when everything else was very nice and the food very good ! Our black cod was delicious the tuna souci appetizer also was a standout , even the Caesar salad very good . It’s unfortunate that the waiter brought negativity to our evening with friends whom we brought from out of town So not necessary Susie mackenzie

    Very limited menu. No specials, no sides. Fish was good, but not much else to choose from. The place needs updating… a major clean up.

    Good food and service but we were there when they were having a wedding and it was very noisy. They also need more ladies bathrooms. They had one small one to service the whole first floor.

    I visited the restaurant with a friend during a getaway and had a great meal. The restaurant has an amazing location and spectacular views. The decor is nice and comfortable. The service was good and friendly and prompt. The cocktails were expensive but well presented and some dubious $3 extra charge for a cocktail that costs almost $30 was weird. Food was great. Their bread selection and butter was interesting and tasty. We had cauliflower and it was excellent although portion very large. Both of us had pastas and they were well prepared and tasty. We skipped dessert. Our visit was off season but packed. Overall great ambiance and good meal.

    Food was delicious, service was excellent - Sander was our server. The only negative was an added charge for "mixing" the martini my husband ordered. The martini was $18 + an additional $3 for mixing. That was ridiculous.

    Food and Atmosphere was amazing as always. The welcome host was rude and did not honor my table requested in advance on this app , even though similar tables were available. He just had a bad attitude. Restaurant was not full at all.
