We are always satisfied when we come eat there. Steak is always cooked to perfection. Our waitress was nice but she was a ghost. Never asked us how our food was and we were greeted and helped by others cause she wasn’t around. Other than that it was wonderful!

It’s overpriced, prices have just gone up too much with serving sizes gone down. One eg. being Calamari, $17.95 for 3/4 the plate it used to be. Fries on plate had been cut down to a disappointing amount among other noticeable shrinkflated items. Disappointed that meals on the bar side are not available in the dinning room. My granddaughter's wanted fish & chips in the dinning room and they would not even make an exception and serve to my granddaughter's in the dinning room. This is really bad customer service Granddaughter's very disappointed when this food is in the restaurant but they just can’t have it. They are not allowed into the bar side so an exception should have been be made. Waitress wouldn’t even ask for an exception for us. Not the type of customer service I would expect from an industry needing to keep their business and disappointing to watch my young ones confused and disappointed. Another issue being you can only use $20.00 at a time of your loyalty awards money. I had $47.00 dollars as credit but not allowed to use the total amount on a $295.00 bill for five. Only $20.00 at a time. This rule does seem a bit short sighted. If the object is to keep you coming back, putting rules like this in place only discourages future visits. Overall, food is tasty but the rules and service leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, disappointed with the experience. We will probably just go to the Keg and other steak restaurants that appreciate your money and customer service is more of a priority.

Fantastic evening. Food was great (steak, halibut, prime rib) and our server, Megan, was very attentive and fun to engage. Highly recommend for a wonderful night out.

Prime rib, Fries, Yorkshire was cold. The chicken was cold and the pasta may have been leftovers from the day before and dry. We do not send food back. We just don't go back. We were at your place last year for our 63rd. anniversary and came back this year.

We had a very enjoyable evening. We were celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary and received a delicious dessert complimentary. Our server was Delano (spelling)? She was really pleasant and checked to see that we had everything we needed ( extra horseradish ).

We needed to have a gluten free meal, and our server was very knowledgeable and ensured there were no issues with our choices. Also, this was an anniversary dinner, and they provided a dessert free of charge. Excellent meal and service.
