Love Sardi’s! Old world NYC hangout. The upstairs bar, overlooking some iconic Broadway theaters, is a great place to go for a quick bite and a drink before or after a matinee. Jeremy and Johnny are the best bartenders.

We went in for a late night dinner after getting into the city. We were treated quickly and taken to our table. We looked around and enjoyed the atmosphere. The food and the drinks were amazing. The service was fantastic! The Apple crumble dessert was ok. Everything else was fabulous.

I first dined at Sardi’s 46 years ago! I was last there about 10 years ago for a private event upstairs. We chose Sardi’s for dinner because we were attending a show across the street at the Broadhurst theater. This is a New York institution with a 100 year history. Dinner was great, our waitress was great, the walk to the theater is about 30 feet! Not the finest gourmet restaurant in New York, but always a pleasant experience. Be back as soon as the show which we are attending is close.

We had a wonderful afternoon celebrating my husbands 45 Anniversary with NYC Parks Dept.Very welcoming atmosphere.Arrived early afternoon with no customer rush.My daughter walked around to look at all the pictures.The manager took time to explain.Great service.A little too pricey for what we had, however we were truly there to walk down memory lane.

Service was very good. Food was simple and good. Cannoli and Lasagne were tasty. Restaurant lighting needs an update and it’s way too bright. Server was very helpful and very friendly.

Very good attentive service. Enjoyed the chicken Parmesan and the salmon. The portraits on the wall are fun to examine and they’re very interesting.

Sardi’s always had the best breads and food. Don’t know what happened. Service is good. The bread is a basic Italian sliced very thinly but that wasn’t a huge issue. The mashed potatoes are laced with horse radish which makes them inedible and very spicy. And they charge $9.00 to share an entree. Miss the old version of Sardi’s
